Worst customer support experience.

Worst customer support experience I’ve ever had !!
I opened ticket #23753751 asking Ubisoft to help fix a simple mistake: I had accidentally linked my Steam account to the wrong Ubisoft account (Account A), and I just wanted to link it to the correct one (Account B), which I created specifically for this game.
I legally purchased the same game on two platforms (Steam and PS4) and wanted to use two separate Ubisoft accounts on two different devices — which is completely within their own policy.

After waiting nearly a week with no helpful response, I finally got a message saying they cannot help and that I should contact Steam for a refund. I DIDN’T ask for a refund. I asked to remove an account link so I can play the game I PAID FOR.

Ubisoft’s support ignored the context, offered no technical solution, and closed the case without resolving anything — even though the issue is clearly related to their own account-linking system, not the game purchase.
Now I own the game but cannot play it. This is not just frustrating — it’s unacceptable.
I’m extremely disappointed with how Ubisoft treats honest paying customers.

OMG if I only have the option I was about to give them -5 stars. Horrible, the worst customer support ever. It's all copy paste messages and all they say is literally "we are sorry for your frustratio, but nothing we can do" followed with closing the case. Not taking responsibility for their own glitches and bugs, no adequate answers, doesn't even read what you trying to say. I will never buy an ubisoft game again EVER, even if they are releasing GTA 6.i advise you to stay away from thier franchises

Ubisoft's joke of customer service

In one of my accounts (which is my main one and where I have multiple bought games) is locked due to the email associated with it is old, and can't remember the password, so I tried submitting a ticket like 10 months ago and got no respond, the second time, which was a couple of days ago, I only got a respond after a few days, and only "helped me" by telling me to whitelist their support emails (EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NO ACCESS TO IT). I then asked if there was anyway for me to change that email without SENDING THE VERIFICATION EMAIL TO AN UNEXISTING EMAIL, and told me no, and said that the problem was solved and cloaed my ticket. This is singlehandedly the worst customer service I've ever experienced from a "major" game company.

Ubisoft is the most terrible at supporting

My account got hacked again no surprise Ubisoft are just slow, I opened 5 cases in total and gave them proof it's my account and I have ABSOLUTELY no access to it but the funny thing is when I talk to the bot it keeps trying to send verification link to a email that's the hackers and when I bluntly tell them I have no access they close the case???!

What the hell is this I had I similar problem with EA and Steam and they literally helped me in just a day no going around in circles like with Ubisoft.

Sad thing is last year Ubisoft wasn't this bad they helped me get my account back with the same process like this but for some reason God knows why it's terrible this time around and I really don't wanna lose access to my account I spend money and like everyone else you'd feel bumbed.

Ubisoft needs to do better

Really feels like you are talking with a bot, no human experience, just idiots replying with the same thing over and over, wont ever buy or have an account from ubisoft, I hope the company goes banckrupt for real. No help at all and dont even responde to the questions you make.

I have been hacked

I have been hacked, I have tried to get help from you guys 4 times, I even emailed you my receipts from purchasing old games. I have had the same email adress and account details for over 10 years.

Suddenly I am locked out, email adress changed I contact you and you can not verify that I am ME? I get an email after 5 minutes with the claims that you take it very seriously and after investigating you can not confirm that I am the rightful owner? SERIOUSLY??? In 5 minutes. I emailed you again, and again, asking you to please help, my creditcard and sensitive details are in the hands of the hacker, still you send me an automated email with the same response.

I forwarded you screenshot of codes that have been redeem, transactional confirmation of games that i have purchased, both new and 10 years old but still no help.

Case has been closed.

Everytime I ask them any questions or try to send them more details to verify me as an account owner, I get an email saying the case is closed

my account got hijacked and reached out to support i gave them all the information even provided proof of purchase of games from epic games and steam but they deemed that "unsufficient" information and told me due to security reasons they cannot help me further the support is truly the worst.

Rating ubisoft support 1 star i generous. It is one of the worst support services I have everrrrr encountered in my life. Idiots just keep replying with the same thing again and again instead of providing any help. Never buying a game again from ubisoft. If anyone is thinking of buying a ubisoft game OH BOY you better hope that there are no issues with your game otherwise your screwed. Imo just buy from any other publisher you'll save yourself from a lot of trouble.

I had my Ubisoft account hacked

I had my Ubisoft account hacked, and the email was changed. I submitted full proof of ownership including my Steam receipt, but support refused to help and said they “can’t do anything” because my old email isn’t linked anymore. That’s unacceptable — the activation key is with Ubisoft, and I am the original owner. This should have been escalated to a real human, not rejected by a bot.

Never again Ubisoft – Bought the game, can’t even play it!

I bought a legit key for Shaun White Skateboarding. The game is marked as activated in my Ubisoft account – but I still can’t play it.

Why?
Because Ubisoft removed the game from the store, and now there’s no way to download or play it – not even offline.
No installer. No support. No refund. Just a dead product.

I contacted Ubisoft support and got nothing but automated replies and useless links.
In the end, I had to reinstall the game manually, using cracks and workarounds, just to play what I already paid for.

This is completely unacceptable.
They take your money, then leave you with nothing. No access, no responsibility, no help.
All for a game that THEY removed from their own launcher.

I lost acces to my account because I…

I lost acces to my account because I changed email adresses and the old email was deactivated and deleted.

I have evey single information about the account down to the T, from the last log in, from where and what, name on account, usename, email, phone number. birthday, account friends, linked consols, what has been purchached at what time, bank statements, screenshots... etc.

All I get is an AI answer from Support. No one reads the cases. They send a repetitive answers and just close the cases.

I can not get access to the products I already paid for.

There is not help. Pure Theft,

No Real Support – Just a Cheap Bot Behind a Human Name

I contacted Ubisoft Support regarding a DLC (Star Wars Outlaws: Desert Nomad Bundle) that didn’t show up in-game after purchasing it via Steam. I provided all necessary evidence: Steam invoice, file tree, in-library screenshots – everything.

What followed was a loop of copy-paste replies, asking for the same “proof” I had already submitted multiple times. They ignored my answers, misinterpreted facts, and repeated misleading or outright false claims — like saying I bought it outside Steam (despite a Steam invoice and the game installed via Steam). Even after I told them I had resolved the issue on my own, they kept replying as if none of my messages were read.

This wasn’t just bad support — there was no human support at all. Every message looked like it came from a low-end language model, not a person. No comprehension. No logic. No continuity in the conversation. Just templated, mechanical responses.

If you run into technical problems with a Ubisoft product, don’t expect help. You’ll be stuck explaining basic facts to a chatbot wearing a human name tag.
