The company is a scam

The company is a scam. As with others here, I paid for a swing chair that was never delivered. I will be raising a complaint with the appropriate authorities to ensure the UK website is shut down.

Warning Scam company do NOT buy

Warning Scam company do NOT buy. Same as others, ordered a swing chair from what looked like a legit company and after waiting several months got a worthless gold coloured metal ring. After several emails had the cheek to offer 20% partial refund and I get to keep the ring, to 'save me the cost and time of returning' as long as I didn't write a negative review. Erm no... Either send me what I ordered or refund in full. Luckily paid using PayPal, raised an issue and they have refunded me the money. Thank you PayPal!

THEY TOOK MY MONEY. SCAM!

The worst. Initially it was hootliu.com and I got redirected to this website. I buy a bread machine and a vacuum and after four long months of waiting, they send me a fake gold ring. I asked them to refund me but they said its not happening. After months of useless communication, they agreed to refund only if we send the ring back to them. IS IT EVEN WORTH IT???

DO NOT BUY. SCAM.

Ordered an automatic bread machine. After 2 months wait time and escalation, Ublicsfe (formerly known as Hootliu) sends a cheap fake ring that looks that some hardware parts. It's been one month of escalation with this company's support email and they refuse to send the bread machine or refund full amount paid. This company insisted that I have a "valuable ring" from them and thus they would not send me the bread machine or refund in full. If there's a way to attach a photo I would love to share how "valuable" that cheapest looking thing I've seen is; it's not a ring, it's just junk.

I to am embarrassed to say I have been conned by these people. Hopefully as I paid by PayPal I should have some way of getting a refund but I suspect sometimes you learn the hard way
