UBS usless

UBS is great if you are really rich and if you have no questions or problems. God forbid you have a problem. Utter useless customer service, always very friendly but useless. payment "lost" weeks pass and nobody can figure it out. Despite its clear that the payment was never sent and its blocked by UBS for unknown reasons

Best client experience I’ve ever had

I’ve never experienced a more thorough and professional banking experience. UBS is lucky to have Luca Distefano working under their wing. I’m grateful to be in business with a bank that prioritizes the client experience like UBS does.

Severely deteriorating service !

I am with UBS since 2003, and the service is only deteriorating. They have become so useless, you need to explain to several departments what you need before they can execute your request. In addition, several times they loose your mail or it takes them weeks before they can process a change. I can never find a manager to complain or get some appropriate help, not to mention those client advisors are completely useless. All of this comes with more than $100 cost per month if you don't live in Switzerland. I really don't know why I am still banking with UBS. My advise to new customer: avoid this bank, you will regret it.

Transitioned from credit Swiss to UBS

Transitioned from credit Swiss, worked for 1 week then stopped, I had to wait 5 days for a code to come through the post , still didn’t work, had to get a code to activate visa , another 5 days for code through the post again still didn’t work, UBS blamed it on being a joint account with my wife,I even went into the branch at Morges VD with my laptop and phone to let them set it up , still not possible, they looked at me like I was mad as I had my devices with me and their paper codes to input.i give up, can’t even access my account, my advice is stay clear of UBS, had Revolut in another country, going to try it here

UBS the worst banking experience I have…

The worst banking experience I have came across, no customer cares, no communication between the internal departments.
Speak with three different customer care team, everyone tells me something, sending me a for in French, which I don't speak, and after filling the form and sent it away, it was not the right form, what a waste of time.
Really the worst bank I have ever dealt with.

Incompetence beyond belief

An organisation plagued with incompetence and inconsequent processes. A bank that is unable to provide me with tax return certificates which it is legally obligated to deliver. Due to a failure of the system UBS is very sorry but cannot do anything. I am absolutely powerless dealing with this bunch. An overgrown corporate "your call is important to us, but we cannot do anything about it, these are the procedures" type of organisation. Avoid.
