Surprisingly fast international shipping

I had a great experience ordering from Ubuy. My order arrived from the US to Bulgaria in about 7 days, which was much faster than expected. Spent thousands and they initially refuse to accept their mistake

UBUY read my review and sent the missing parcels. All received. But it shouldn’t take a complaint online and a dispute with my credit card provider to make this happen. Also UBUY never contacted me directly to explain.

I ordered a large item worth several thousand dollars. It should have been received in four separate boxes. Only two boxes were received. Without the other two boxes, the item cannot be used. UBUY insist they delivered everything, despite no Waybill or FedEx information to prove it was ever sent.
