Great customer service
This is not a review of the product (pet wellbeing kidney support for cats), as it's too early to tell if it's working.
Product was shipped promptly and the customer service was quick to answer and very helpful. A very good first experience with Ubuy. The only down side it's the high standard shipping cost (it's 64% of the product cost), but if the product proves tò be effective I'll definitely buy it again from Ubuy.

Out standing service of answering questions
The customer service was pretty good. I asked many questions and was a bit technical about the customs and many things. It was pretty good actually it was about 40 minutes. I was a pain for the guy, but it was pretty good.

I purchased an eye massage mask and reached out to the store to ask if the massage function can be disabled , so I could use the heating element alone .
This is critical to me as I have glaucoma ,and physical pressure on the eyes is strictly forbidden by my doctor
Instead of receiving a clear answer I was met with a refusal to provide technical information .
For a store to be unable or unwilling to clarify the functions of a product that directly impacts Healih is not only unprofessional but also dangerous .
ZERO after - sales support and a complete lack of accountability regarding consumer safety.
