I had a blind fitted in the bathroom and from Ben who came to measure up, staff in the shop and the fitter, the service was first class. I would definitely recommend this company from my experience.

Just had vertical blinds fitted today by Dave. 1 bay and 1 plain window. They look beautiful and were fitted perfectly. No damage to plaster. Very professional.

Good price for blinds. Approx. 2 weeks delivery. Suspect that the blinds ordered were subcontracted or commission sales to a company in N.I. as delivery from N.I. co. that we had from before when other blinds previously ordered from another UK company. Did not use old company this time as they were to expensive.
Quality of blinds fine but fixings difficult to use. Shipping cost more expensive than others. Generally good service.

Had to chase to get them delivered in the first place- when they came they didn’t work- told them - they said I hadn’t put them together properly and anyway- they don’t give refunds on custom made blinds!!!! Still trying to get a response from then re refund- Do not bother with this company!!!!

Really nice quality blinds and excellent customer service

After many disastrous attempts with cheap flimsy blinds i decided to take a leap of faith and get the professionals in. Staff were helpful. Professional and friendly. The consultation in my own home invaluable as I needed advice on colours and shades. The delivery and fitting of the blind was speedy and expertly fitted. The quality of the blind along with the fixtures and fittings were very durable and of a high standard. Great quality and very affordable. Thank you very much.

This is the fifth blind we have purchased from U C Blinds and have been pleased with all five. Staff have been helpful and have responded quickly to any queries I have had. Unfortunately this last blind had a small flaw in the fabric which let light through. When I emailed the company about the issue they quickly responded and a replacement blind was received within the week. We don’t have many windows left but I would certainly purchase a blind from them again.

A great company to use if you want custom fit blinds. The blinds are well made and easy to install. I loved the range of different blinds they have. We opted for PVC for the bathroom and toilet as they are low maintenance.
