Order was over $300 and been chasing for weeks. Emails unanswered, phones unanswered and in chats with them they keep saying it's with the design team. The worst customer service i have ever dealt with. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER, THEY NOW WONT REPLY, TOOK $300. Ordered once was great, now cant get in touch, phones not answering its been 4 months. Even the website is gone, wanting you to verify human, but extra steps asking you to run a program on your comnputer, paste some codes in your computer to load the page - VERY SUSS! didn't go ahead as looks like they even trying to access your computer this way!!!!!!!!!!

Do not order from this company NO Communication on where my current order is at just a generic AI reply. Used to be a good company & good product but by the look of all the reviews lately they are just taking your money and not supplying the product

Do not use, my thoughts this is a scam! Their customer service is appalling, I have been chasing up for over a week now everyday to get my money back and they just pass me from non existent phone mail to unresponsive chat messenger. Completely avoid

I would not even give them 1 star!!!! Ordered 15th February and still waiting. The customer service if the worst customer service I have ever received. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Please do not order! Scam website. They keep telling me their is phone is experiencing technical issues. They do not respond to emails /messages. Paid $300 for work shirts, no product delivered. Please report to OFT if you have been scammed also.

Ordered back in January 2026, now it's the 2nd week in March and I have radio silence from them, and I have very little faith that i'll be receiving my order from them.

They do not respond to emails, the phone number does not connect.
I have taken my business elsewhere now.

Order 1 polo shirt on 21/01/26 - express
Today is 26/02/26 and have still not recieved any update. Company keeps avoiding, saying it was going to be dispatched 2 weeks ago.

Do not use these people.

I ordered two shirts from this company three weeks ago. I have not received anything. I have checked tracking number and it hasn’t even left their warehouse yet. I’ve tried messaging and calling and nothing gets through terrible service.

Hopeless. Had to use Paypal to get my money back.

Seems I have been scammed, put an order and have been chasing them for a week now by phone, email, live chat..for any updates without any response from them.

UDFYN ARE COMPLETELY USELESS, THEY GOT MY ORDER WORNG AND ARE COMPLETELY UN CONTACABLE AND NEVER REPLY TO ANY OF MY MESSAGES OR ANSWER THEIR PHONE

I ordered 9 shirts ($311) Paid extra for express delivery within 7 days. I asked on day 5 (Friday) if they'd be there next day (Saturday) as I assumed they wouldn't be delivered on day 7 because it was a Sunday. I also needed these shirts for the Saturday for my best friend's surprise birthday dinner. Their response was 'Your order will be in production next week'. Very outside the 7 day window. Obviously I was beyond annoyed so I asked VERY POLITELY how I can start the process for a refund as they aren't going to arrive in time, they are no use to me after the birthday dinner AND they hadn't gone to production yet.
No response.
So I asked again on the Monday (day 8), to which they said on Tuesday evening (day 9) 'Your order is in the final stages of production, you have 2 options - get your order as normal or get a total refund of $19?!'
Not $19 per shirt, $19 total? Which is what I paid for the 'express shipping '. I advised that this was unreasonable as I asked for a refund before they had even begun production (their words btw) and I wouldn't accept anything less than a full reimbursement.
Crickets.
I have messaged multiple times since.
Nothing.
I am a hard working, kind and reasonable person. I NEED this money for Christmas and bills. I cannot believe a business could rip someone off like this. I was drawn to the 40% discount on the first order. Should've been obvious then.
STAY. AWAY.
I will be going to the ombudsman. If that doesn't work, I will be going to A Current Affair. There is NO way I am letting these people take my money.

I’m deadset not getting this order. No activity in over a month- doesn’t have it as a current order and no one gets back. Literally scammed me $300

I ordered two t shirts, used their size chart on their website to gauge what shirt to order.
The sizes on the website are completely wrong the shirt I received was about 5cm shorter and thinner than it should be.
I contacted them immediately and didn’t get a reply for five days.
I am still waiting for this to be refunded.

Rubbish from the minute that I placed the order, firstly regardless of the format that you submitted your artwork in they will send a generic email stating that they are having difficulties with it and try to get you to pay extra for their graphic designer to redesign it.
Secondly, The production time is not as advertised, I’ve been waiting 5 weeks and my order is still not out of production yet, it’s just a simple print on so as basic as it could be.
Don’t waste your time and money, go with any other company.

I have placed an order for a couple of polo shirts to see what they would look like but unfortunately UDFYN decided to change my logo and printed it on the shirts without my consent. Regardless of technical difficulties, my logo should never have been changed at all. Disappointed and obviously do not recommend this business

Very disappointing experience. We had to wait over two months for our order to be dispatched, during which time our emails went unanswered. When the uniforms finally arrived, several items were faulty: two shirts had visible traces of ink on the back, one hi-vis shirt had a damaged fluorescent band, and a shirt in size small was missing altogether. For the long wait and lack of communication, the quality received was unacceptable. Would NOT recommend.
