Absolute scam of a company
Absolute scam of a company. Was offered £800 for insurance via compare the market. They then call me and tell me they can’t offer me insurance for that much but the best they could do is £3000???
After a bit of negotiation they somehow got this down to £1100 for me.
But a day later they said they have to charge me an extra £150 because I apparently told them I passed my test on 06/21 when it was actually 12/21. I do not remember telling them this at all so I tried to cancel, but cancelling came with a cancellation fee.
Avoid these guys at all costs. Pay a little bit extra for a more reputable insurer.

Been Scammed and ripped off
I checked the quote with the same details online and u drive gave me a quote of £89 a month. This was after the customer services gave me a quote of £140 a month. I’ve been completely scammed. And can’t cancel otherwise I’d get charged.

Helpful adviser, answered all my questions well and sought to assist with reducing my costs, keen to help. My only advice would be to possibly speak a little slower when reading out all the jargon, it was a little rushed - but good experience overall.

Nightmare
Nightmare. Never use this company. Keep as far from them as possible. Any positive feedback must be fake. More than a moth of negotiations and no cover at the end. I've just given up. Still waiting for getting my money back. It will take more than a month. Horrible experience. Waste of time and money.

Some great staff, but sadly some horrendous rude ones who gave me wrong instructions and argued with me about it (the company admitted this ).
Ive spent several hours of my own free time trying to sort this out and as an apology and gesture of good will was offered something i do not need for my [policy or would have chosen it. Sadly im with this company for a year but i would advise against using them if you dont want your free time wasted dealing with staff who are not competent in their job.

Leo was very informative and he was easily understood with clear details . All the way through the call he was helpful and I was given every opportunity to ask questions and if there was anything I didnt understand he was happy to explain in more detail . Very polite and not pushy with other products amazing service thank you .

Regret getting cover with this company
If you do it online and you pay for the insurance, they will take a good chunk of money if you try to cancel your insurance for any reason, even if your insurance with them hasn’t even started- so they take more than £100 for doing absolutely nothing. On top of that they have fees here and there I.e ‘facility fee’ and if you miss any payments ( I pay monthly) they will take another £25 on top of that. Would have preferred to a little more but with a reliable company
