Sold 2 million coins but never got paid!! SCAM

I sold 500k FUT 20 coins to them, 2 days later and my coins are gone and no payment. Live chat have said there was no order on my email. I originally asked for a receipt and they said I could save the transcript. Edit: payment eventually received after nearly 3 days.

garbage for 2 days said wait 24 hour I did but all the cards ended and i lost my players for 650 cause this website said they would buy it and never did avoid at all costs , unreliable and also liars they also ignored every message I sent.

Been waiting 12 hours for a service that says 1-10 minutes all they say is I'll try and buy the player. Don't recommend this site

Do not order from this website. We ordered $47 worth of coins and they never came. We went on the customer service chat and it's a total joke. Their customer service is horrible. They say you have no proof that you paid. We sent a screen shot of the payment that was processed through "paymentnet Paris" and their response was that's not our name. Ok well you processed the payment. Luckily my bank was able to cancel their transaction and I cancelled my card, they will not get $1 out of me. Stay away from Ufifa!

Spent $159 on ufifa, ordered from the site before so I thought this was safe. But when I ordered the first time it was only $15. Didn't receive my coins so I went to chat. Worst live chat ever. Very unprofessional and took forever to respond back. Was it multiple chats for 50+ minutes, which didn't accomplish anything. Overall they are not your go to people for coins. There cheap prices get you!

Bought 200k, within a hour it had arrived, and within 24 hours they were gone and my account had been locked, contacted EA and they were able to inform me a foreign device had accessed my account And sold all of my players, absolute scam to the core

Well what an awful experience this was. Waited 5 hours for my coins before deciding to contact them on their 'live chat' and was greeted by what I can only assume was a bunch of automated yes and no's. Asked if I could expect the coins within the next couple hours and was told no, I closed the chat and started over, only to speak to the same 'person', THIS TIME TELLING ME THAT I COULD EXPECT THEM WITHIN A COUPLE HOURS. And now my wait begins. Avoid this company, it's just not worth the frustration...

I bought a 12k FP account, but it was a Hacked account.
They hacked someone elses account and sold it to me, but when I logged on the account on the next day, the owner had already contacted microsoft about it, and they changed the mail and password, and Ufifa never reply my emails. Luckily I paid with paypal, so I can ask for a chargeback.
THEY'RE SELLING HACKED ACCOUNTS THAT DOES'NT EVEN WORK, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU.

I bought coins for 50 contracts on their website. After receiving some totallay useless automated replies in "live chat", they finally started to complete the order, but they only bought 40 contracts. I complained about the missing number of contracts only eight minutes after receiving their incorrect order confirmation, but obviously nobody was able to read my message properly. The remaining contracts were there all the time, but nobody really took a look at this case. After opening a dispute on Paypal, finally somebody took care of this and solved it after about four days.

I have used this company once before with no problems, other than the coins taking a few hours to go on. So thought i'd buy from them again. However,I paid for coins and never received them. I spent hours on their "live help" trying to get someone to say anything other than "your order has been done" When I told them I had not received the coins they just kept repeating like a robot " your order has been done" they then cut off the connection. I then emailed them with proof that the player hadn't been bought ( he was still on the transfer market ) I had no replies. I asked them to provide me with some form of transaction to show who they paid the coins to. So someone out there perhaps received 15 million coins randomly, so i'm happy for them at least.( I have since chosen to go with MMOGA as they were really quick & professional. I received 3 emails in the space of 3 minutes, from start of order to coins paid & received) I WILL NEVER EVER USE UFIFA.COM AGAIN!! Oh and don't think your purchase is protected if you pay with Paypal, as it isn't, which is probably why ufifa don't actually care if you threaten them with a dispute.

I didn't want to get scammed today so I picked the cheapest option, i got scammed, lucky for me I picked the cheapest option but I wasted 1 whole hour trying to find out what was wrong. Before you buy any coins from this website go for the cheapest option so when you get scammed it won't be for much. I never got my coins but, the only good thing was that the customer service guy did try to help me out. I see 25% of people where it actually works for them but that was when they were buying 5000K accounts, I bought a 33K account and it didn't work. See the connection here? Ufifa just want the people with money

I purchased an account with 300k worth of coins. I was sent account details but they never worked. I contacted the seller and they responded by saying the account had been used by me and I was wrong. I will never buy from this site again.

I ordered 200K FIFA 15 coins yesterday night. Didn't get a confirmation email from UFIFA after the order. Woke up this morning and checked my mail. No email. I contacted them via the live chat. Took a while for me to get connected to an operator. I then asked what the order status was. She told me it was completed. I went on my account and the coins were there.

My only complaint is that I didn't get an email when they had completed the order.

Total scam. Took my money and keep sending me around in circles with emails. TOTAL SCAM. this company should be called u thief . Com instead of ufifa. Com.

I ordered 300k FIFA coins and didn't get them. After complaining to their support, I didn't get any help.
When I told them that I wanted to make a PayPal appeal against the payment and wanted my money back, they instantly disconnected from live support.

They would buy my Arter for 197k. Now they are saying they have, but isnt and when i show pictures to them they wont replay. Really do not buy there. First time i bought there i got my coins, the second not
