Multiple UGears websites
You have more than one website which is not immediately clear. When I select a model on the French website to be sent to the UK I find it's not possible. Only by contacting the French website do I discover that there's an English site! This choice should be made clear.
Once on the English site the processing of my order was quick and efficient.

Shopping online not the best experience.
I would have liked to have given more stars but when you order something and pay for next day delivery on a Monday and you do not received it until Thursday and then i had to go to the post office to pick it up so i did not get the item until Friday, i just feel that i have ripped off of six pounds, NOT HAPPY....
Also when i pressed out one of the cogs it snap in half as this is part of the engine i am stuck so is there any way i can get a replacement for cog number 27 if there is could you please let me know thank you.

Excellent
Excellent delivery, kit is good quality and fun to build. Instructions are ok - don't rely on the part finder diagrams too much as they are not quite accurate (I assume that the actual laser cut sheets have been improved and the paperwork hasn't caught up!) but it's not an issue if you are careful.

Amazing product and customer service
Amazing product and customer service. My son broke a piece of his model and was very upset he was not going to be able to complete it. Emailed regarding a replacement part and received a reply within the same day saying the part would be shipped immediately - and free of charge. Would leave more stars if I could!
