Both Ugg and DPD have been 100%. I returned an item for a different size and the turnaround from me popping the item in the locker until I received my order was 4 days. Absolute brilliant service and updates from both Ugg and DPD. Well done 👍
Amazing speedy delivery and incredible sandals so so comfortable
I’m more than happy with the product and the service however, the box that the slippers are in has been squashed, assuming during transit, this is a gift so it’s a little disappointing that it wasn’t packaged better!

I am beyond frustrated with the appalling customer service and lack of accountability from UGG. I returned my order using their provided tracking, and the official tracking information clearly states that the parcel was delivered back to their warehouse.
Despite this "black and white" proof, UGG is flat-out refusing to process my refund. Even worse, I attempted to dispute this through Klarna, and UGG actually told them they have "proof" it wasn't received. How is that possible when the carrier confirms it is in their possession? And they have failed to provide myself, the customer with proof.
It feels like they are intentionally making this difficult to avoid paying back my money. I am now stuck in a loop between a delivery confirmation and a company that refuses to look at the evidence.
Warning to other buyers: Save yourself the headache. If anything goes wrong with your return, they will keep your money and ignore your proof of delivery. I will never be purchasing from UGG again.

The item is faulty & i’m having trouble returning them. The order number is the same as the replacement pair as they were faulty also. When I log into UGG Profile, it’s saying item has been returned!!!!

Edit: Adding an extra star because after 3 different attempts, I got the right assistance. Ugg makes great products. We all love them. I wish I could say the same for their marketing. Sending a coupon code with an expiry date, then multiple emails with Code and Date blank, and when you go to use the coupon, it's apparently expired. Even after showing them the email format, no resolution was offered other than an "I'm sorry" from a customer service chat who has nothing to do with the company policies.
