I am writing to give the building a one…

I am writing to give the building a one star as ward 73 - 76 is so outdated and the windows are letting in so much cold. This ward is for new borns and women that could be bed bound. I have had to put up a bed sheet inside the window and a blanket at the bottom to try and stop the cold air coming through the window as the aluminium single glaze window has had its day by about 20 years ago. But if I could change it to a 5+ star for the staff i would as they have been amazing and do not get recognised enough for their hard work they do for us. So I would like to say thank you
