These people are dishonest, avoid.
These people are dishonest. They sent me the watch scratched claiming it is new and in perfect condition. Their own pictures showed heavy bracelet scratches present before the shipment, exactly matching my photos. They only denied the obvious. No responsibilty, they did not care about the return. On top of this communication was difficult, all messages before and after transaction anonymous, scarce. Do not pick up phones. I managed to get money back but with troubles. As you can see in the update below the only thing they are able of is one bunch of nonsense, offenses and lies- not s single word is true. I reported them to the local police, to be clear. Ultimately I managed to get money back trough Chrono24, and trough custom duty return but with not with them. Both were time consuming processes. Beware, the internet is full of such thugs.

We sent you a brand new Tudor with even stickers on the complete watch. You claimed a scratch on the back side of the strap (inside of the strap) and did not want to understand that you just have to peel off the sticker and there will be no marks at all under. We even showed you our photos and videos, because we record every watch. You offended me on the phone and by mail and also did this to multiple Chrono24 agents that in the end told me you were the most disrespectful customer they ever had. You told us you do not want to speak with us anymore but then terrorized us 50 times a day. In the end we took back the watch and covered all costs together with chrono24 to import it back from you in Switzerland to Germany and the full paid amount was refunded. Fun fact: the next customer who bought this watch was very happy with it and thanked us for the delivery of the brand new Tudor watch.
