Had issues trying to locate a toilet seat , so contacted Roca directly, Alice couldn’t be more helpful, I sent over some photos of the pan , and I got a immediate reply with model and reference number .
Part now on order from a local plumbing merchant, collecting on Friday .
Wasted so much time trying to locate a seat , all it took was a couple of photos and of course someone who was interested to help me .

Roca Debba toilet seat
Very poor quality! We have had 4 Roca Debba toilet seats in 3 years and all cracked in the same place. The replacements are approx £100 and definitely not worth it. You can get them cheaper by shopping around if you really need one but I just replaced one with a B&Q Teesta £42 but needed to use longer bolts

Roca Debba wc seat/lid - longlasting it ain't!
We had a Roca Debba wc (square shape) installed in 2018. The seat broke before it was two years old and was replaced under warranty. Five years further on, and although the replacement seat has survived - let joy be unconfined! - the lid has developed cracks near the hinges so there will have to be another replacement at some point. Luckily it's only about £97 a throw!!! Roca have informed me that cracks can develop because cleaning products are used on the seat/lid !!! Who'd have known?
Roca's website says "Roca toilets are synonymous with outstanding quality, design and innovation." Just don't believe everything you read!
Avoid Roca In Wash Inspira toilet
I purchased a Roca In Wash Inspira smart toilet for an ensuite refit in 2020. Even though it cost several thousand pounds I was initially happy with this product UNTIL it started to leak. The attitude of the after sales was immediately to blame me the customer as I had to remove the toilet seat to identify the cause of the leak and switch the water off. Following that I requested one of the Roca technicians to visit to rectify the leak; this at a cost of £180 (inc VAT) just for the callout. The technician's attitude was much the same, identifying that the boiler tank had cracked and the replacement would cost c.£660 without installation costs and stating that only Roca technicians should be taking the boiler component out. I felt that he was pressurising me into a quick decision; the sort of tactic used by pressure salespersons. Overall, given that I had paid for a premium product that barely lasted 4 years and the poor design meant that this issue would likely repeat in a couple of years and I'd need to rely on Roca to come out again I've decided to rip out this 'smart' toilet and replace with a decent normal toilet (note the whole new toilet costs less than half the price of the quoted replacement part for the Roca toilet).
Overall, Roca are selling an expensive 'smart' toilet everyone should avoid and their Aftersales are appalling. If their advice is to use Roca technicians to service the toilets then they need to be more reactive; their initial estimate of a technician to get to me was 6-10 weeks. Avoid at all costs.

We recently installed 3 Roca In-tank (L-frame type) wall mounted toilets during our home refurbishment. We're very pleased with the toilets as they are quiet, attractive (for toilets!) and don't need a cistern. On the downside they are relatively expensive and require an electrical supply, but still good value if you can find them discounted online.
After a few months the soft close on one of the toilet seats failed and the seat was slamming closed. On disassembly I found that the plastic part on one of the two soft-close pistons had fractured. I emailed a photo of the item to Roca support and they immediately agreed to send me a replacement - no hassle, no blame, no problem. I received a full hinge set within a week and it's now installed and everything working properly again.
It's good to go with a recognised brand like Roca as they stand by their products and are focussed on their reputation and service. Thank you Roca support for a quality product and for sorting my problem out quickly and drama-free!

Had to contact Roca concerning a broken toilet seat, our house is a new build and we’ve only just been in a year so the problem should have been sorted by Bellway housing but after 6 weeks of no action from them I decided to take the direct route. Spoke with Alice from the after sales help desk, she couldn’t have been anymore helpful or prompt in her service, within 3 or 4 emails everything was sorted and she’d arranged for a new seat to be sent out foc. Could not have been happier with her prompt actions and kindly manner, a real asset to the company.
Roca Ona toilet seat
Roca Ona toilet seat - we have to tighten this seat regularly with a small spanner as it comes loose. The company unhelpfully stated - 'The pins need to be fully tightened onto the pan . There will be some lateral movement allowed and seen as these are easy clip off seats. However moving the seats side ways intentionally will loosen the pins sorry. ' Implication is we are moving it laterally intentionally and can't tighten a pin. We can, we do it weekly and can hear it grating on the porcelain! It is obviously not the first loo seat we have used in 40 years of home ownership and 4 previous bathrooms! Do not buy this item.

Leaking concealed flush. After replacing the seal with a pattern part the leak persisted. After discussing options with Megann in After Sales a replacement Rocca kit was sent out the same day. Well impressed with the professionalism displayed and rapid resolution to my query.
Disappointing Quality for a Premium Price
I purchased a Roca Debba Z8019B200U Soft Close Toilet Seat & Cover expecting durability and quality, but it has been a frustrating experience. This is now the fifth time in just three years that I’ve had to replace broken parts. Each time, it has happened in the morning, which makes me suspect that low temperatures may be affecting the material’s integrity.
For a product at this price point, I would have expected something far more robust. I've spent over £250 on replacements, but the same issue keeps recurring. I even tried contacting Roca last time to address the issue but received no feedback at all. For anyone looking for a reliable, long-term product, this unfortunately falls short. I hope Roca can address these durability issues in future designs and improve their customer support.
