Megann and the team were fantastic, the speed and support they offered really did ensure a quick and professional response.

Excellent service
Had an issue with a leak from a toilet pan installed in a new build, unfortunately the installer had gone out of business and the builder had apparently 'lost' all records of the exact model, so after a phone call and a couple of emails with photos to Roca Customer Service (Megann) it was identified.
A replacement was also organised through a local merchant.
I can't praise enough the very prompt service and responses to my various messages, all within minutes of sending and getting things sorted with no issue.

We had a small chip on our vanity unit drawer, sent a photo and Megann didn’t hesitate to say that she would be sending us out a replacement drawer. We have never had any issues with Roca in the past.

Megann and the UK After Sales Team were very helpful, clear and responsive in resolving an issue arising with a wall hung toilet that was purchased/installed in 2016. I followed up an initial phone inquiry to the UK After sales team, by emailing them copies of a receipt and photo images of the problem. Megann emailed to request further photo images -in order to confirm the model of the toilet in question, as well as ask a question about extent of the fault. With the information I provided, Megann responded with a decision that same day and arranged for a free replacement to be issued from the original supplier. The replacement has been delivered. We are very pleased with the attention and service provided by Roca UK After Sales Team.
Not fit for purpose.
Bought a small roca ona vanity unit for a small bathroom. The door has split from the handle at the top due to splashes getting in...After only 10 weeks of bathroom use! And the unit cost around £400! Bad design. Clearly not sealed ie not fit for purpose. Returning to the supplier today. We'll see what happens.
I bought a small unit in Lidl for £30 about 10 years ago and it still looks reasonably good!

Product codes
I wanted to identify the product number of our Roca toilet bowl and seat in order that I can order a new set of soft close hinges which have failed. The bathroom suite was several years old and no longer available. I took a photo of the items and emailed them to Megann and the same day she responded with the product code and a list of suppliers. Absolutely amazing. Thank you.
Excellent customer service
I bought a Roca bathroom suite in 2019. Last weekend the seat unexpectedly cracked. I contacted Roca to enquire about the warranty period, and although it was outside the warranty, Megann kindly arranged for a replacement free of charge. Not only that, but it arrived the next day.

I have experienced Roca's excellent customer service on several occasions. The most recent was no exception.
Top class service
I recently had to contact Roca customer support as two of the WC soft close seats in my sons new build cracked right across the seat in same place on both.
All I did was contact them via their web form and asked if there were any known issues
They got back to me the next day to clarify the issues and then arranged for 2 FOC replacements to be sent.
I know the products are not cheap but you certainly can’t fault the excellent service

Faulty seat
Av have a roca toilet and have had it for some years. The toilet seat has split and a replace it for the second time. Is there a fault with the product at £100 a time is not good there should be points of contact not 2 on the rim of the bowl
Great customer service
Megann in customer service was great! Fast and efficient in finding a cistern for my 20 year old Roca toilet. Very responsive and spot on with the part number. Ordered one at City Plumbing, got it the next day with everything needed for the install.
Not only a bad product, but also a bad brand and a bad company.
The in-Wash Inspira toilet - for which we paid more than 2,000 Euros - failed after two and a half years. We had to pay €148 for the repair and replacement of a solenoid valve, to which the user has no access.
We wrote a complaint to Roca's Customer Service on 17 January without any response to date.
It can happen to any company that some product, model (or some unit) does not give the right result, or has a specific quality problem.
In this case, not only is the Roca In Wash toilet defective, but also the lack of customer service leaves Roca as a brand and as a company in a very bad place.
I will certainly not buy any product from this brand again.
