Wrong part. No one to speak to. Bad all around.
I ordered a coolant hose part number ESR3296, which is a one piece hose. I received a coolant hose part number PH119060 which is an inferior aftermarket part with 6 different hose clamps and plastic tees and elbows which are more prone to leaking. I specifically ordered the ESR3296 to avoid the inferior part with hose clamps. My invoice has the ESR part number on it, so the mistake wasn’t my doing. Next step was trying to contact customer service. Impossible to speak to anyone, and impossible to leave a voicemail because I got directed to a fax machine every time, no matter what option I pressed. I have received no response other than emails asking to review my experience.
