Absolutely perfect I ordered yesterday and received today and I don’t care what anyone says that’s seriously impressive by any means I will be using them again in the near future 💯

Yeah a con brought a crossbow case tried to contact they took my money and just ignored me.

Useless I didn’t read reviews first . I’ve had the same problem as others sent Id then had no email confirmation. They take the money they don’t answer emails telephone or any form of communication. Just avoid. Unfortunately you have to wait 30 days before you can go through the process of getting your money back.

An absolute con these people are just thieves you order an item send them ID they take your money and then nothing,you email/call them no response.there doesn't seem to be any way to speak to anybody,so beware of this company.

Placed order, and sent proof of age, received e.mail stating my order was in progress, over a month later…nothing!. No replies from their ‘contact us’ or through their sales e.mail. Raised as a dispute through my credit card company, who have now refunded the full amount. Disappointed as they had all the items I needed.

I am extreamly dissapointed with this company, bought a crossbow in early January and decided to ring them because on the website it just said processing and needed a time when it would be dispatched tried to email them ? Messenger? Facebook ? Telephone ? No answer i have now contacted the bank to get my money back what a joke . I was going to spent a lot of money with them but decided to go to preppers UK instead avoid these like the plague ??? If i could give it no stars would .

Bought 70 pounds worth of goods ...nothing ...no response no reply ...crooks avoid

Payed for a crossbow stringer only £8 plus been 12days now nothing heard no answer to emails could be an ID theft as they have proof of address and my licence no they need investigating

I placed an order for a pistol crossbow stringer several weeks ago & have heard nothing since, despite numerous emails & phone calls. My advice: how can you trust a company who never respond - avoid like the plague & place your orders elsewhere!

Con artists, thieves. Nothing received, no response to emails.

UPDATE: Less than half an hour after requesting a chargeback via the bank money is refunded. This is now very suspicious.
This whole website could be a front for ID steeling.
I think authorities should look into this.
There is no address or telephone number for the company either.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Paid out £108 and got absolutely no reply after the initial send us proof of age etc. More than a whole week of me constantly asking for an update, nadda. I contacted my banks fraud team and have managed to get a full refund. I also took the time to write to their own service provider ‘Stripe’ to complain and make them aware that their client is extremely suspicious, which they promised they would investigate. If you’re happy to part with your hard earned cash and never see anything for it, these are the scammers for you. Otherwise, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Experience same as other recent reviews. Placed an order and paid, told items being processed then nothing. No response to emails so Paypal claim started. Just do yourselves a favour and avoid these scammers!

WHAT'S THE BETTING THAT PROD COMES FROM CHINA BEFORE YOURS TURNS UP, ORDERED OVER 3 WEEKS AGO OR SO...

SO SEND IT NOW! OR ISSUE REFUND OR AT LEAST GET BACK TO ME PLEASE.

Unbelievable.... THIS ISN'T HOW YOU DO BUSINESS.

Ordered a small Item 20th Feb 2023...they took the money and after that no replies to any of the numerous emails that I have sent them.
If we all complain to our Credit card companies and consumer protection then we will get rid of these thieving Scum Bags eventually.....All Go For It.

DO NOT USE THIS SELLER THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL RECEIVE NOTHING I USED PAYPAL AND GOT MY MONEY BACK IV ASKED PAYPAL TO REMOVE THIS COMPANY FROM THERE SITE AND HAVE COMPLAINED TOO TRADING STANDARDS ABOUT THEM

I made my purchase on 24 February 2023, its now the 5th of April, they`ve stole my money and I`ve not had any correspondance since the confirmation of my order.
No reponse to emails, unable to talk on the phone, just a message service that they DO NOT reply to.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I have paid for my order and not had any further contact from them. I have emailed several times and even left a Facebook message which has been read. I regret not reading the reviews first

I’d thoroughly recommend not using this company. I placed an order and nothing came, no response to emails online portal or calls. luckily I used PayPal and eventually got a refund. But don’t put yourself through this 🤷‍♂️ if I could’ve given zero stars I would have

Placed my order on 13th November. Its now 26th November and I have received nothing, and cannot contact anyone. I have already reported to my bank as a scam, but yet to receive a reply about the outcome.
AVOID.

Be warned you will loose your money, they will not answer emails or calls.
DO NOT order goods or send any money.
