Ordered retro handbag set via Wowcher. The item which arrived was very poor quality and nothing like the glamorous photo in Wowcher.
Have requested full refund including postage under the consumer rights act 2015, plus a postage paid returns label. Let’s see what happens……

Same story as everyone else. Incorrect postcode. Couldn't track. Item marked as delivered. Bought from wowcher who say the item was returned to the seller by mistake. Something not adding up here

Items sent went missing can’t contact them as they don’t reply to emails and Wowcher have said they can’t do anything, stay away from this company and Wowcher both just a bunch of scammers

I ordered via Wowcher. It’s taken so long to receive my order after many emails chasing my order . I’ll never order from wowcher again as they use such untrustworthy companies

I have had same experience evri said parcel received 12 jan no delivery contacted uk dreamstore said it had came back to them sending another no information given or delivery number????

Never received my item l ordered from Groupon, l would not recommend groupon nor this company
The strangest thing has happened!! I just received my item that was supposed to have been delivered 5 days ago. Relieved

Ordered a face and neck mask. No problems getting here. Took a little long but I anticipated that as usual when I buy things through wowcher

I have been waiting for my order since 31,December 2025.Evie has received my order but no they have told me they have lost my order so i emailed your company and i got told that was sending me replacement out still waiting for the tracking number after four days. There are not good at replying to emails

Same as everyone else! Purchased a led mask from my wife, says dispatched, Evri says they have it but after 7+ days nowhere to be seen and no updated tracking from evri!

Update:

eventually it came, though it looks like its been throughhell and back, bag all ripped, boxed damaged and looks like its been opended, though device seems to be working. Not best pleased but at least it came

Got the colourful LED Beauti mask. The mask arrived exactly on time. Was well packaged and works accordingly. I will update after a month of use.
Price was a bargain at £19.99 off woucher. I was skeptical after reading reviews. I am very happy with everything so far.

I like many others ordered through Wowcher and have been fobbed off by the merchant and Evri!
I have to say Wowcher were actually really helpful and have refunded me, I just wish they would stop letting this company scam people through them!

Same as everyone, scam. Ordered on 1st December and nothing has arrived. Disgrace and if you go to dreamstore site, there website is not even working. DIsgusting

Ordered an advent calendar, was given an evri tracking order but soon disappeared. 2 weeks of fighting to get my refund. Do not ever buy anything from this company, it is shocking

Ordered a 7 led mask from wowcher via the UK dreamstore. Despatched on the 5/12 supposed to be delivered by the 12th. It didn't arrive. I was told to wait until the 16th, it didn't arrive. Contacted wowcher, evri and the UK dreamstore. Apparently lost in transit. I see a lot of reviews on the same thing. Obviously a scam avoid!

As with the other reviews, Evri showing they have the parcel and cannot locate it. Contacted ukdreamstore who said they will look into it then went silent. I have raised a dispute to have my money returned

Another scam! Ordered the led face mask as a surprise gift for my wife - still waiting! Who does the fault lie with though? Evri advise they have ‘lost’ the parcel (after chasing them repeatedly for updates once the delivery date of the 15th was missed). We all know Evri are cr@p but was it ever really given to them? Is the issue with Wowcher who you redeem the voucher with? Or with UKdreamstore (who you can only contact via an email address which no one ever replies to) …. Seems like a scam as ukdreamstore website doesn’t work but wowcher must definitely be in on it!

Wish I’d read these other reviews first - I have ended up (hopefully) getting a refund via my bank after reporting the fraud to them

Boots ordered via Wowcher delivery reference for evry but never turned up. Chased with Evry, but they never got it from ukdreamstore. Dream Store say "sorry, wait five business days for delivery" but of course, no delivery or any contact. Will try to get credit change to charge-back

Yes same as other people on here. Ordered a LED face mask through Wowcher who are absolutely abysmal. And yes not arrived. Nothing updated and no help from anyone.
It seems Wowcher are involved in this scam as they pushing all the products. Please avoid.

SCAM Company operating on Groupon. They give the wrong postcode for EVRI delivery so when you enquire about your parcel that never arrived (when they claim it's been delivered) the postcode is wrong so Evri won't help you.
