Contacted several companies for some advice about insulation for a garden office, this was the only company that freely gave advice - Mike was very helpful and gave practical and pragmatic advice, and didn’t force me down a ‘specific route’ - he even went as far as looking up other suppliers near me to see if alternates could be found cheaper for me to consider.
In the end though I bought everything I needed from UKFR.
Communication was excellent, delivery updates regular and after-sales support with a couple of queries was excellent also.
I would gladly use this company again, thank you very much, good old fashioned customer service!

I used whats app to speak to them i asked a million and 1 questions i was sent videos how to install my insulation they even helped me work out my wood batoning and gave so much advice for what my project was cannot praise them more absolutely class A customer service they even worked out my cheapest but best product and had a distrubuter in my area so i even saved on delivery brilliant guys on whatsap thank you a million. If you need the products they sell insulation then these are the best i found and the most reasonable priced. I was asking questions for weeks as i wasnted to be sure and they had so much patience and i now feel confident to carry out my project 🫶🏽

I found the online guides and accompanying videos really helpful when planning my roof repair. The team replied promptly on the WhatsApp chat when I had some questions and provided copies of the written instructions and diagrams which really helped me successfully install. This is my first experience of replacing a flat roof but the kit was great and I got the job done in 2days just in time to waterproof my garage before the storms. The delivery was on time and products all were in good condition. Price was the best I could find when comparing for the same product from the likes of wickes.

Ordered a product from site , received a different product . Went to send it back as it wasn’t what was advertised or ordered and they said it’s been discontinued and that they went out out of their way to get me this product (even though no use to me as it’s not what I ordered) like they were doing me a favour…. They eventually agreed I could return it at my cost however had to chase up the refund and then they said it was damaged in post and they could Only give me 80% refund, I hadn’t even open this product fully just looked at one and I asked it back up and they were saying they were scratched: managed to at least get 80% back but feel really short changed and wouldn’t recommend them after this which is a shame as we are doing a large building project and would have given them a lot of business . Be careful if you need to return anything and make sure what you order and what’s advertised is actually what they send .

Excellent service with quick delivery. Epdm roofing great product, I was a first time diy user for my large cabin. Easy to lay with plenty of glue provided.

I cannot get hold of them to check on an update of an order.

Was looking on line for a small trim to act as a flashing over a timber bearer and came across UK Flat Roofing. Excellent service and quick delivery. Would certainly use them again.

After making payment to be told you do not deliver to Northern Ireland

Delivered quickly, the product itself was better quality than expected. Its advertised as a 1mm EPDM but it feels a lot thicker and stronger than you would expect. Only given four stars as there were no instructions about how much of the adhesive to use, it was sent with a 1ltr bottle and also a half litre bottle. We only used the small bottle, and it stuck so quickly that we didnt have time to unpeel the EPDM and add the extra. To be fair it seems to be fairly well stuck (2.4m x 2.4m garden room roof) but i am left with a feeling of "oh no, i have a litre of unused adhesive left".
Has already weathered a few storms, so we are pleased. Box says 20yr guarantee. Watch this space in 20 years for my next review(unless i'm dead)
