Within an hour of my posting details of my complaint. UK flat had contacted me and are arranging to rectify the situation. Having been in business for almost fifty years. I know that any company can have hiccups especially at times like these. Its how you sort the problems that counts, not the fact that they happen.
I have no complaints about UKFR, there was a problem, they are sorting it, problem over. Good company, will have no hesitation in dealing with them again.

Good product

Needless to say suppliers are reputation reliant on the couriers they use sometimes. Thanks for getting back to me Mike.

Could you please check your emails as we have responded to this this morning after it was sent to us. I have also just sent another so please check spam folder etc.
The parcel is shipped via tuffnells direct from our supplier and they are normally very good, this is what we get charged ourselves so i can't do anything about the cost of that.
Please check Green Bins or any other place they could have been left as most delivery people are knocking and leaving parcels in safe places.
EPDM roofing kit
All material required supplied and of a quality belittling the cost.

Decent price but some damage
Decent price, super quick delivery, only problem was some damage to the metal trims (all 5 that I bought). Was able to straighten them enough to use, not exactly perfect but won’t be visible anyway.
