I am absolutely appauled and disgusted with UKGears, I advise anyone who intends to purchase any items to think twice!!

I ordered a bracelet for my dad, as he is ex military, for Christmas on December 1st. I emailed 8 times and had one repsonse regarding I had to wait 3-6weeks for them to "manufacture and deliver the item" - it is now 15th January, I have emailed a further 4 times and no response. I contacted them via PayPal to no response and have now opened a dispute!! Absolute scam of a company and it's disgusting that they have pulled on the heart strings of the armed forces!

Item not delivered. Email not answered. Squalet.com website has single page stating "our online store has closed for good". UKGEARS website has no contact other than email address 'ukgears at squalet .com". Website DNS address not found at last check.

My Mum had placed an order for me one month ago today and was meant as a Christmas present, It has yet to turn up and ukgears have failed to respond to emails from both me and my Mum, It's really been upsetting as something that's meant to have some much meaning in regards to my Military career and it's yet to arrive, With little consolation and no replies to reassure my Mum or myself that the order is going to be with us. Disappointing.

I ordered 3 bracelets on the 1st November so they would be here in time for Christmas...they told me it would take 3-6weeks and I should receive them first/second week of December this was on the 7th of December I then sent 20 email got a response Wednesday saying they got in touch with the courier the speed the order up and I should have them by 23rd of December.... we are the 24th tomorrow and I still have no bracelets... I've asked for tracking number and which courier they use and I have no reply when I ask.. shocking services and shocking company so will be taking it to trading standards inform the bank and police....so be aware don't order from them...

I placed an order for two items two months ago, and the money was taken from my bank account right away, but I have still not received the product. I have emailed the company 6 times, and the only response was that it would be here the first week of December. Christmas is now two days away, and I have no gift for my husband. I am speaking with a lawyer now.

No correspondence off them, I've emailed various times and had one reply. I ordered a soldiers prayer bracelet in Nov and still not received, yet they still advertise as will take 3 weeks. Absolute joke. Dec2016
Update Jan 2017 after emailing again about 5 times and saying if no reply or you can't deliver by end of week I was going to paypal they refunded me 22.00, proves they read emails but don't reply n try getting away with it.

I ordered 3 x items weeks ago to enable enough time for Christmas delivery.
I have only received one of the items and have sent " several " e-mails - because there is no phone number !! - I have had nothing back and find this whole experience to be most unacceptable - I now wonder if I will ever received two additional items I have already paid for !!!

I placed an order for a bracelet for my Dad for Christmas on 11th November. The site stated 2-3 weeks delivery. The day after I placed the order the item was no longer on the site.

I sent an email on 22nd November asking if the item had been shipped. I received a reply stating the item would now take 4-6 weeks so it could arrive after Christmas.

I've since sent 3 emails asking to cancel the order and a refund be processed as the item would more than likely not be here. I have received no replies and no such refund.

There is no contact telephone number for this company....

Really disappointed in the lack of customer service.
