A refurbed equipment gem!
Really great experience with UK Gym Equipment. The process to buy is one of the easiest I've found for refurbed equipment. They were helpful, customer service was quick to respond both in terms of sales and delivery. Delivery was quick and the delivery team themselves were friendly and efficient. I have purchased an extended warranty and haven't had to use this yet so can't comment on that but can say that at the moment, I'm very happy and would recommend.

Fantastic company to deal with
Fantastic company to deal with. Great customer care from start to finish received from Matt & Ray. Ordered some equipment for our gym which was delivered and set up by their outstanding team, Andrius, Kestas and Sharky. They arrived promptly and carried out their work with diligence. Our cardio equipment was serviced by Matty, who was also meticulous in his work. Highly recommend this company.

They say and website states that they offer to buy back any equipment they sell to you.
This is not the case, they do not buy back their equipment even in excellent condition.
Brought 3 machines from them because of this, so I was duped into a very false sense of security!

Apologies, there seems to have been some confusion here so hopefully I can clarify. To confirm, we do not advertise or offer a guaranteed buy back service on any of our equipment. We have the standard 28 day online return policy and obviously warranty cover beyond that.
However, as a specialist supplier of used & refurbished equipment, we are always looking to source good quality used equipment so we do ask people to get in touch with packages of surplus equipment for us to quote on if it's of interest. This is how we source our used stock but again, we don't offer any guaranteed pricing or guaranteed buy back service as our stock levels and the wider market demand are constantly changing.
We really appreciate you getting in touch to offer a package following the closure of your gym but unfortunately the majority of the equipment was from slightly older ranges and brands that we don't support so we declined to offer a price for the full package. We try to avoid cherry picking the better items as just makes the rest of the package less desirable and harder for you to sell overall.
I also explained that we'd had a really high influx of equipment in recent weeks due to the devastating impact of Covid-19. Sadly this has led to a high number of gyms going out of business and having to sell their equipment at short notice. As a result, we had a really high volume of stock at a time when not many gyms are looking to invest in new equipment so obviously we then have to be a bit more selective about the equipment that we continue to buy. The pandemic is unprecedented but that's actually how we've always operated anyway, if we have really high stock volumes on certain lines then we may decide not to quote on any similar equipment that's offered to us. At other times when stock is low, we'll offer on the majority of packages that become available. We're always responding to internal stock levels, incoming projects that are already agreed and the wider demand in the market.
However, even with that in mind, when you asked for a trade in price on only the 3 items that we had supplied 12 - 18 months ago, we did offer you price as a gesture of goodwill anyway.
It's really disappointing to see good businesses failing due to external factors but we always try to be as open and helpful as possible. We did initially also point you in the direction of another company that we felt might be able to help you sell the full package so hopefully you found that useful.
Hopefully that helps for clarity and I'm sorry that we weren't able to offer you a complete package price this time around,
