I've had landlord insurance with this company for a number of years now and always found the staff very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Also great at giving advice and always quick to pick up the phone unlike some companies that keep you hanging on for ever.

Have dealt with this company now for three years, with a complex insurance situation other companies won't touch. Their reps are always polite, quick to respond to emails, and come across as very knowledgeable. I haven't yet had to deal with a claim (and hope I never will), but every aspect so far has been excellent, and I have happily recommended them to friends. What's really impressive is that every single one of their reps is equally good. It seems to be company culture. Insurance can be very stressful, and they do their best to be make it as stressfree as possible.

Looking for a property insurance and online is never easy, especially when it’s due to a loss. So many questions and as soon as you think you have reached the end, then - the additional add ons that you have to consider.
Don’t get me wrong UKinsuranceNET was no different in that way. BUT there was a phone number and a callback request (which I chose to do). Within minutes I got a callback from John. As soon as he spoke it was clear that he was genuine and very professional and knowledgeable without the hard sell. That is what sold me the product. Thankyou.
