I ordered a figure from them since 2022 July. it’s a Food War Shokugeki no Soma Erina Nakiri bare leg bunny Ver 1/4 scale figure,but still not getting my shipping and I also send them email to ask where my order they just not responding and it’s already been two years now still my item is not arrived.

Company held my funds for a preorder and continued selling products right up until they blindsided all their customers with pending orders with a sudden bankruptcy notice claiming they have 0 assets and I could face criminal complaints if I request my money back. They knowingly continued to take people’s money right up until this filing occurred. Customer service is non responsive. They essentially took consumer’s money and ran with 0 communication, and orders still appearing to be valid right up until the end. Shameful.

Scammer Company

Put down over 1k in pre-orders and the company kept taking orders at discount prices all the way until they randomly filed bankruptcy without warning. So they stole money from ppl pocketed it and ran. This is fraud. IF you are going backrupt you do not keep selling items!!! These people need to go to jail! They sent letters out stating bankruptcy 7. that they had 0 funds to pay anyone back. Contact the attorney general of California, get these ppl in jail!

I know 50 dollars isn't much, but on New Year's Eve 2022, I pre-ordered what looked to be a rerun of the Kanade Yoisaki Pop-up Parade figure, it had been delayed multiple times with no communication from the company. Come May, and no delay or update for my figure, now I find two months after I thought it would ship that the company filed for bankruptcy. I just want my figure that I payed for

I have 5 orders worth over $1000 that I pre-ordered with Ukiyo Kumo through out the year 2022, and I never receive the items from those orders, I tried to contact them, but No response, i don't know what to do, because they already pass 180 days policy for Paypal. The only thing i can do, is to warn people, do not buy from this store, you will loose all of your hard earned money.

Ordered a quarter scale in December of 22 and release date just got pushed back each month they have since not responded to emails I would pre order through them.

I placed an order in April of 2022 and never received my order. I would reach out every now and then and would be advised my item would arrive xxxx month. That month would come and they still hadn't received it. When I asked for a refund as it had been over a year they mentioned a restocking fee even though they're not having to restock anything because I've never received it so how could I open the box??? I thought that was absurd, especially since I paid for something I never received. I have emailed them twice now requesting a refund and I have yet to receive a reply.

Horrible company. I ordered something Feb. 2022, over a year ago and no sign of my order. When I ask then they send me rude messages essentially saying I ask to much, it’s a $400 order that I payed over a year ago and they have the audacity to tell me I ask to much. Just waiting for this order and I’ll never ever buy from them again. Funny how different sites have this figure in stock too lol

I placed an order back in APRIL 2021. It's now MAY 2023. I have not received my item. Status is still awaiting fulfillment.

Company does nothing. Does not give a refund. Complete scam. It's been 2 years.

I have over $600 of preorders that they required prepayment for. They haven't shipped anything in over a year, forcing me to repurchase those items from other stores. They will not offer refunds even though they also won't ship anything.

Ordered somethung that was scheduled for release December 2022, it is now April 2023 and I have not received anything but false promises every few weeks from the support team, claiming that the shipments are coming in the "following week".

I preordered 2 figures from them in January 2022, it is now April 2023 and I have still not recieved them. I have contacted the store multiple times asking where my figures are and why they have not reached out to me AT ALL, and each time they just respond that they are still on the way, and to keep checking the figures page to see the estimated release date. Well everytime I check, the release date has been pushed back several months. They are supposed to be a trusted store, but I'm about 99% sure I've been scammed now. I will NEVER order from them again. I can only hope that someday I recieve my figures, as I really did want them for my collection.

I pre-ordered a nesoberi in February of 2022 and as of almost April 2023 now I still have not even received notification of the package shipping. I've emailed the company about an update and it took days for them to respond, and it was just rhe same typical "oh it'll be in next month", while this nesoberi has already sold out in every other store and is now being only resold at double or triple the price I originally paid for her. I haven't had any sort of issues like this from any other site, so I would beware of ordering from them :(

I had the weirdest experience with this company. First off, I ordered a figure from them not realizing it was preorder. This was a mistake considering it was for sell on different sites but Ukiyo offered free shipping and overall was slightly cheaper at least after signing up for the newsletter. Ended up waiting for this “preorder” for over 8 months. Contacting the company is near impossible. You have to feel out a form that they will respond to days later or just not at all while giving the same excuse and promising it to arrive the next month, again and again and again. They will offer you a refund but if you are like me you waited too long and the said figure it already sold out everywhere. My figure did eventually arrive and in perfect condition so the company isn’t a scam just a headache to deal with. While I was lucky I have talked to a lot of others who had the same experience but either ended waiting for even longer, years even, or Ukiyo just ended up loosing the package. Maybe I was one of the lucky ones but I know I don’t want to test my luck again.

Yes I really like still waiting 3 months.. oh and everything is considered a pre-order so they take your money and they just go You get these. Automotive email returns so you can't talk to human. If I lived a lot closer to them I would sue them along with getting a class action lawsuit which it's still not a bad idea.

Pre-ordered a tokyo revenger ryuguji ken figure in july of 2021 and it still hasn’t shipped. Emailed multiple times to inquire and was only told it was due to “supply chain issues”. The exact figure was on other competitors websites for months and they offered nothing except to cancel the order but with each time i reached out i thought surely only a week or two more. Maybe this is just with pre-orders but still very poor customer service. Emailed to cancel my order and placed one elsewhere

I ordered a figure from them and waited a year with no response. I emailed inquiring about the status of my order as you can't get refunds for pre-orders as per their site policy. All they could tell me was it was listed as 'TBA' from covid delays. But we were well into 2022 and I can get anything from ANY other online store. I think they oversold / overpromised their stock and there are people left hanging like me. It is now nearly 2023 and I've not received my figure I ordered in mid 2021 from them. Absolutely do NOT preorder from this website, as they seem to post pre-orders without any guarantee of being able to get the figure in stock. The "Date of experience" option on this review site won't even let me go as far back to the date of my pre-order, that is HOW LONG IT'S BEEN!

They never reply to any of my email. I only want to know what the situation is with my pre-order. The shipping date keeps changing.They keep ignoring my inquiry.
