Great smooth process end to end

Excellent selection of logs and associated materials. Very competitive pricing with lots of offers. We've always found the logs to be of good quality and have bought for many years. Delivery is well organised with good advance notice.

Great value, really quick and efficient delivery.

Double crate ordered and 12 bags of kindling logs were removed to allow kindling to sit in crate. So had less logs even though I paid extra for kindling. This usually more than fills log storage. But never this year. After 4 years of using uk logs direct will not use next year.

Wood fantastic to burn every year, We are elderly so always the delivery is,matched to our,needs. So we are always pleased with the service we get .

The only disappointing thing was the delivery tracking app with the delivery company was incredibly poor.

Great service as usual, delivered on time, on the day requested and the driver was very helpful in putting the pallet of logs exactly where I wanted it.
Had a few issues paying on line, my credit card was declined as my bank flagged it up as a possible scam? Had to phone and pay with debit card.

The second year we’ve purchased our winter supply from UK Logs Direct, and after ordering on the Sunday, we had the logs stacked in the garage by Wednesday. So far, (accepting we only have a delivery once a year), the delivery company have been great. The powered fork trolley they used worked fine getting up the initially steep slope into our garage (all on tarmac), with a helpful push from my wife and I. Thankyou.

Always a good service with prompt delivery and the drivers accommodate you where possible to put the crates where you want them. The wood burns great too 👍

Fast delivery. We have been using these heat logs for years and they generate lots of heat and are clean and easy to use.
