Has anyone heard anything back from the new site. Placed an order no payment link. Tried free post meds too. Emails just bounce back. Not sure what’s going on

Can anyone provide information of when this site will be back up? I have always had great service from this site and now I can’t seem to get an email back. Struggling to find an alternative for what I need.

Hi always been great service, never had a problem and always received order next day . Made an order through the week and made payment and just hoping I still get the order next week! So hoping website will be back up and running soon as I was getting really worried. But always been a great reliable service!!! I have made a payment of £200, and I'm really hoping I do get this order, I'm starting to have my doubts though 🙁 So yeah not sure what will happen! Will need to wait and see, worried site wont come back on. And I don't understand the other primemeds website which seems to be the same, but they don't get back with payment link anyway. Fingers crossed it does come back on and I do get the order I placed on the 4th of October!

Update - He has a new website now! I have spoken with joseph regarding my order and he has apologised for delay and order will be sent today!

Joseph is exceptional, a lifesaver in my opinion. The service is prompt and trustworthy. I do hope the site comes back.

Apparently Joseph on Reddit has said the site should be up and running on Monday.

Can see people leaving reviews on the last week and days but I can't access the site. Says page won't load.

I tried ordering website gone. This service is the best ever and it has helped me alot if anyone knows if there is a new site and what's happening let me know. Too many people bringing down an excellent customer service. I am not happy because of this not because of my personal customer experience with the company!
