Bad experience, total rip off
Ordered a large 100 x 50cm print and chose to have it framed in a dark wooden frame. Paid £75 and £11 p & p. So £86 altogether. When it eventually arrived after much delay over 3 weeks later, I opened it and it was a bare uncovered print within a frame with no glass or plexiglass. Or any cover of any kind. I immediately assumed it must be a mistake an emailed customer support. I was informed quite tersely that I had selected the option for no glass or plexiglass at ordering stage, that goes into the frame as it is. This seemed very strange to me and Ive never heard of that before. Every other single framed print Ive ever ordered has come with glass or plexiglass. It seemed so obvious to me that I never would have gone for it had I realised I was ordering it 'bare'. To make matters worse, rhe frame is pretty cheap looking, like something I could easily have bought from Amazon, considerably cheaper, and it looked as though someone had just taken the backboard off a cheap frame, stuck the poster in, plonked the board back on and closed the clips round the edges. There wasnt even a hanging string or wire on it. I was then charged £75 for the privilege! Even if it were technically my mistake in ordering, there is no way that is value for money. It is a total rip off! I am now going to have to pay more to have it properly framed with glass and string on the back. Its too large and troublesome to return so I asked hopefully for some kind of goodwill gesture as I was so put out and as the website is not clear this is what you are ordering. For that kind of money, it never crossed my mind. At no place does it say ..please note this framed print will come without glass or plexiglass... When I emailed asking for a possible partial refund, I was more or less told to get lost as it was my mistake! I would not recommend using this company to anyone. It may be the posters on their own are decent quality and value but the website is misleading and the attitude leaves a lot to be desired. The sheer cheek of what they charged me for a cheap frame and 30 secs time to put a poster in it. Dunelm do beautiful full size framed prints much cheaper. Huge selection and good quality frames with actual glass in. Shop there instead and avoid here like the plague!
Since posting this and reading the reply I can confirm we took this to a professional picture framer who said in all his professional life, he'd never heard of a framed print being sold 'bare' with no glass, plexiglass or plastic. He confirmed it was a bare unprotected print in a frame. He has charged us £8 to reframe it with glass and put a hanging string on it, which was also missing. So shows exactly what a rip off this company actually is.

Well that was a waste of time and…
Well that was a waste of time and money. Ordered a poster for an event, it was advertised with delivery being 2 days before the event. Hasn't turned up and now im advised it will be at least 2 daya after the event. Shan't bother with this excuse for a company again.
