I'm already a member of the site for several years but most of the time i was not a paying member. I met a few girls from Ukrainedate in Odessa(i live in Belgium) and they were real of course. Yes there are girls who want to have your mail. Those are mostly agencies who want to promote the girl or it is scam but i can sincerely say that i like this site and and now i'm talking to a few girls. I wil meet one of them in april and we use Whatsapp or Telegram to communicate and we videochat regularly. I have a few tips: Always write to a girl who has a profile picture. Try to look for not too much modelling pictures. Have fun!

Easily 95% of the profiles are fake. All of them using standard replies that they copy and paste, asking for personal information and asking for money in the end.

Reported many of them to customer service, absolutely no action was taken. So much for the replies that I see here that they work 24/7 to remove them and that they have "zero tolerance policy" (yeah, sure).

They have a "verification" mechanism but I'm not sure what they verify - for sure verified profiles also ended up asking for money.

I happen to live in Ukraine, so the moment I said let's meet in person or said that I speak russian (to prevent them from using pre-written scripts), almost all of the women disappeared.

Fake site, avoid at all costs.
If you nonetheless want to try your luck with the remaining 5% that seem real, always propose to have a short video call to verify that they're real. You can use Google Meet for that, no need to install anything, can join from a browsero or a mobile, and no need to share any personal information. If they refuse even a 2 min call, 100% they're fake.

This is a site belonging to Cupid Media and there is one feature that stands out with this site! It is its pathetic customer service!

Fake ladies everywhere on here. I have spent 1000s and 1000s on this site and customer support is a joke. I get sent the same exactly worded letters from totally different women. Some even send the a photo of a different girl. There maybe real women on there but since 2010 I never found 1 apparently. Dont trust this site. Yes whoever is on the otherwise of the screen says nice things but thats all you will get from my experience.

Absolutely poor customer service and even customer service mistreatment. There have been cases where people have sent email letters to the customer service about particular issues and they say that if you send any more email letters to the customer service about the same issue they will not respond to you ever at all! Thus they are mistreating you with their negative feedback to your issue!

What a horrible thing to do from this Cupid Media site! In other words the customer may be paying their money but will not see their issue resolved because all they are interested in is really and truly the customer's money!

I know it is hard to find in real life, that's why you use Ukrainedate or similar sites, I use it for two years, and lost lot of money, but I examine everything in it, all beautiful profile you see are paid girls or fake one, recently Ukrainedate using very smart and innovative ways to empty your wallet:

1. Almost 95% of beautiful girls are paid ones, some profiles are fake and photo and video just purchased by Ukrainedate, and they have contract with girl, if you plan for meet, then girl start looting you
2. Other average girls who has been photo shoot in a professional studio, are just normal girls, you can find in any free websites, they are totally different than what they look in website, check their vk.com profile by searching them through date of birth.
3. most average girls are desperate and spoiled ones, who have baby or lost a relationship or not a good girl at all, check their photos you will find them as pure prostitute
4. The one who are not in vk.com or Facebook, they are contract girls with Ukrainedate, beautiful girls but not for you, just to make money, with many different methods
5. Ukrainedate is pure scam machine that just need your cash and every time update methods and ways to loot you.

Sorry guys i know you want beautiful girl, the same as I want, but only thing you get through this sites is losing your money, for new arrival guys it is totally poison, go to free webcam porn chat and watch beautiful woman, you get nothing out here, and if you find someone she is just a normal one that you can find a better one in your own city. So far they just carefully and block the lady who ask the money never send them.

Their ladies are called models by them, and they do work for the site as models. They don't want to be in a relationship; they have boyfriends and husbands. Their work is the Ukrainedate website. This site is garbage.

Sweetydate.net was a better option for me - it wasn't a constant money drain.

Most of the girls I met were real and I eventually found my g/f there. It took me around four months. Ukrainedate is a hoax. This site was originally created on the basis of deception. All messages are monitored and modified by them. There is no privacy. However, you don't need privacy to chat with a Ukrainiandate employee. However, real meetings rarely take place on EM. It's not money.

Very difficult to open an account. If they don't like your email domain, your profile is automatically suspended even before you can get in.
Had to get another email just to open account.
Once I was inside, it looked reasonable enough. I like the way that they incrementally ask you to fill in your profile rather than getting you to do it all at once.
I haven't communicated with any ladies yet as I was just getting the lay of the land. It does look suspicious though in that you start getting messages (nothing more than hi) and likes from girls with minimal profiles who I suspect have been encouraged by the site to do so. I am planning to travel to Ukraine in the coming months so that would have been the real test.
After a while, they won't let you look at anything other than the 1st profile pic unless you upload a picture of your own. So I finally uploaded a picture of myself and the next time I logged in I was told that my profile had been suspended (tracking number 198443729260223194). Maybe I'm not good looking enough for them! (I also had an account on LatinAmericanCupid, their sister site, which also suspended me, without a photo.)
Contrary to what they say, I suspect they are employing very naive machine learning tools to determine who is a fraud or not - and fraud to them means varying IP address or something, which is insane in a world where people travel or use VPNs.
They are based in Australia so despite having UK numbers (which go through to the American office) good luck on being able to contact them by phone as I am sure they are also undermanned - hence using dumb criteria to suspend profiles.
If only they would put as much effort into actually hunting down and reviewing real scammers and fraudsters.
It's a shame as the site looked like it had real potential - all the other Ukrainian dating sites I've looked at so far appear to be very dodgy. I was about to plump down for a Platinum membership. Now I just want my details and photo deleted from their servers. If they don't want my business that's fair enough but they can't have my data. One of their options is to verify your account with your ID! (This is like opening a bank account! I doubt they are doing this with the Ukrainian ladies. The scammers would be eliminated in no time). I would not trust a dating site with this kind of information. We all know what happened to that US site Ashley Madison.
I'm a busy man and have better things to do then jumping through all these hoops, but I'm so furious that I'm now spending time writing this review. Poor service should not be rewarded. Thank goodness I hadn't paid them any money yet - and thank goodness for places like TrustPilot. When I finally reach Ukraine, it looks like I'll rely on Tinder and Instagram instead - this is what my contacts on the ground are telling me I should do.

UPDATE - my profile was restored in a few hours after they got my message, so at least there is some responsiveness from the staff.

Let my mistake with Ukrainedate save you all money and heartache.
Women on Ukrainedate are all paid to keep you chatting and depleting credits. Maybe not all of them, but no less than 95% . A very few genuine women are absolutely outnumbered by paid actresses. There is no use playing a game you can’t win. Just take the right path.
Avoid Ukrainedate. I lost more than $1500 there. I’ve been through it. I know what it looks like at first and I know what it really is. I know what you are feeling. Just stop giving these rogues your hard-earned money. Don’t fall victim to their well thought-out scam.

I have been on several Ukrainian dating sites and a lot of them, if not most, are just scams to get men to pump in tons of cash. The women are all amazingly beautiful and sexy, but....yeah.... they're used as bait to attract prey. You have to pay up to $6 and $8 per message and they limit the length of the messages so you end up sending maybe three or four a day, if you're really interested in someone. Also, the women are good at asking questions or your opinion on something that makes you sort of have to respond. It is a money making scam. When you ask these women to talk offline because it is so expensive, they will give you the typical song and dance about this site is safe, etc.... well, if you don't have concern for me spending hundreds of dollars to write when we could be corresponding for free... then I don't need a woman like that. But, UkraineDate is just a flat monthly fee, which I found to be fair. You can write as many messages as you'd like and it's all included in the monthly price. You can not send photos, however, in your messages. On the other hand, if a woman is interested, she will send her contact info and you can talk offsite for free and also send photos. I discovered Viber and once you get the hang of it, it is good for chatting and sending photos and audio. And it's free. I can say that Ukrainian women are fabulous.... they are sincere about finding a husband and they won't put up with any crap. They usually don't care so much about age or looks, but rather what you're made of. As in, are you kind, respectful, no addictions, caring.... they will be your loyal wife if you treat them right. Buy gifts, compliment them, be there for them.... they will be your steady rock. But if you wait too long to propose, as what happened to me, they will move on. I've been to Kiev three times and it is a great city with wonderful cultural museums, etc. But treat the woman right and don't delay and you will have a great woman. Out of your league but on your team! Anyway, UkraineDate was good. The women are real, as you can see by most of the self-taken horrible photos as compared to the professional photos of the other sites. I started writing to one gorgeous, sexy 56 year old and when I finally paid to get her contact info, she was real, alright, but NOTHING like her photos on the site. Just an older, normal woman. So, be careful on the slick sites with nothing but gorgeous model women. They're there to extract as much money from you as they can. I've met a sweet, beautiful woman on UkraineDate and I hope to go there in the next month to finalize the deal. I've talked to several women but this was the girl from the start that was just special. I compare American women and Ukrainian women like cantaloupes. With American women you sit there and ponder and wonder and think which one of these will be a good one? You take one home and when you open it up it's just a big blah....nothing to it. But Ukrainian women.... you can pick any one.... they're all good. You take it home and open it up and it's delicious and wonderful and the best you ever had. American women can't hold a candle to Ukrainian women. Having a husband and happy family is all they aspire to.... if you give them love and a good family and take care of them, there are none better.

I see women that literally have been there for years but more are more are duplicate profiles with slightly different names, sometimes the same photos. Another trick is to get you off site, email, WhatsApp etc then you will subtly be asked for money. I have reported scammers, fake or duplicate profiles, members asking for money but just get the usual automated response, I see on other replies that they say they take it seriously....of course they say that, but they don't. They do not check anyone before letting them on the site. I asked for a refund but funnily enough they didn't respond to that request I'm an old hand at this now and I can honestly say that there is not one Russian / Ukrainian dating site that is anywhere near honest or truthful. The directors of Ukraine date are hidden away via a London company and offshore tax havens so that should make you weary too. If I could only give you one piece of advice it would be STAY AWAY, especially from Ukrainedate, but probably all of them.

I can tell that most women are completely fake.
In the beginning you receive a lot of messages with 1 question only. Give me your email address.
If you're a beginner or Newbie you probably will give your email address and the account of the girl will go offline.
You always get a mail with 3 or 4 pictures. They can be really convincing and sometimes you receive pictures of the girl together with her mother or friends
After a few messages they start asking for money, because the have no internet connection,phone or anything like that.
Be aware not to do so. At this moment you're being scammed!!!
If you are a person who likes to take initiative yourself and start talking to girls or sending likes and such you won't be replied to.
You will be completely ignored!!!
In my personal opinion this membership was a waste of money and time.
If you want to meet an Ukrainian woman, make a trip to Ukraine and you'll be better of...
