For 3 years I suffered a roller shutter that continually malfunctioned. A succession of trades came and fixed it for a while without getting to the root cause. I contacted UK Roller Shutters and from the first phone call to the engineers fitting a new shutter yesterday the customer service has been exemplary. Living in west Wales it is sometimes difficult to get specialist trades. I highly recommend UK Roller Shutters- they couldn’t have done more. Chris

Engineer Barry arrived on time, explained the installation process and finished well within the time frame quoted. Very neat worker, all packaging and old door removed from site .Explained the contents of the user manual and demonstrated the features of door very happy with shutter door would use anyone other then UKRS

I was sceptical at first as didn't think the shutters would work for my home, however once I got the quotes and saw from the socials the work done i decided to go for it, turned out cheaper than I expected and the work was done to a fantastic standard.

Would recommend to anyone considering shutters over conventional garage doors.

The team was no more than professional to say the least every one of them was polite and a craftsmen of their game. Faultless. Fast comms with the office, engineer was punctual, friendly yet professional and clearly very knowledgable. Reasonably priced ontop of this too - highly recommend.

Our school have two auto roller shutters which were serviced by UK Roller Shutters. They arrived at the agreed time and completed the works in a timely manner. The engineer was helpful, explained the various tasks he was completing and cleaned the entire work area upon completion.

Arrived promptly following initial call to repair damaged warehouse shutter.
Removed damaged parts so we could continue warehouse operations immediately and returned as booked a few days later with replacement parts which were fitted within half an hour

we've been using this company to service the roller shutters of the premises for a few years now and they're always been on point. Might not be the cheapest but they get the job done properly and timely and also good at communicating

Beware of unexpected costs when dealing with this company. While their engineers are reputedly trained to a high standard, Roller Shutter Services Ltd fails to take responsibility for issues that arise. It's imperative to keep a close eye on proceedings and carefully review all worksheets before signing. I advise potential customers to read other reviews before considering this company.

Do not use this company. Poor installation, broke the sensor light, left wires in a pile and I had to pay for an electrician to tidy up, large gaps around the edges not sealed. After much persuasion they came out to fix the door three times under warranty. The first time the motor had burnt out and they told me it was the switch. The second time the door hadn’t been fitted high enough and pulled the seal off the door when opening it. The problems persists and they won’t come to fix without paying £195 callout even though the problem pre-existed before the shutter was out of warranty. Now they are not replying to emails. Fitting and aftercare is appalling. If you are looking for a Roller shutter, look somewhere other than this company.

Had a chartwell green electric garage door fitted about 2 months ago. Looks great and functions perfectly. Didn’t realise you could get so excited about a garage door! I would highly recommend UK Roller Shutters, excellent service.
