Purchased theatre tickets via this operator who are run by Ingresso Group Limited. The cancellation policy did say 'No refunds or exchanges available after purchase'. However, after a change of unforeseen circumstances I contacted Ingresso to see if I can simply change to the morning show as the same seats were available. It seems their rigid policy leaves no room for goodwill or discretion based on unforeseen circumstances. I would strongly suggest booking with the theatre operators directly (in this case BHLive for Fairfield Halls) as they were actually willing to honour a time change. Such a shame I did not book through them initially. Will not use this operator again.

Added a significant premium for tickets to a show that was almost empty. Well, that's how they make money but why would you pay more than necessary. Book direct instead.

Sorry but the dining at the Planet Hollywood was a disaster. Despite calling, reserving and being confirmed to eat before show at 6 o'clock, there was a waiting time of 25 minutes in Planet Hollywood which made it all a rush not even being able to finish desert.

One week ago I booked 2 tickets for Wicked. The first time I tried to pay, it didn´t work. After this first problem it has worked. I got the tickets two days later (Germany).

I normally buy tickets from uk theatre and am very happy. This time I was lead to believe the face value of the tickets were 39.50 and I could buy for a special price of 24.95. When I picked up my tickets the face value was 19.50. so I did not get a discount price as lead to believe, If it had not stated face value then I would have accepted extra cost but I feel false advertising

I tried around twenty sites before finding this one. None of the others could accommodate my requirement of six tickets in the dress circle. This site was easy to access and use. It should be right at the top of the Google search. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

I tried getting tickets for Jersey Boys from another website FOUR TIMES and could not pay. In desperation, I tried UK Theatre Tickets and got and immediate response. The cost were explicit between the actual ticket prices and the additional charges. I would use this site again when I am in England.

I found the site simple and easy to use and had ordered my tickets in a matter of minutes. The seats we ended up with were fantastic, halfway back in the stalls, central in the row. Definitely would recommend and have already used again for tickets as a gift!

I went through a few sites. Got good seats at a good price through this one. Will definitely use it again.

Went online looked at what show n times I wanted and price within 5 minutes had found what I wanted and price was very good too would recommend a friend

I bought these Friday to go Saturday evening Fame 01.03.14 I received confirmation straight away and no hidden costs along with no issues getting the tickets on arrival.. very happy over all and excellent show!

I ordered some gift vouchers for a birthday present which seemed easy but then I wasn't sure if I had bought them or not or whether I had paid or not and now I am waiting for them to arrive and not sure if they will. Fingers crossed they'll come tomorrow in time for the said birthday

Booked my tickets on the day of thriller live on my phone. Very easy to do and opted for the 50% sale tickets and 'best seats available'. Our seats were on row D in the stalls, which I was more than happy with as other websites were still offering full price tickets practically sat up in the heavens.

With only a weeks notice I booked two "best on offer" seats and was delighted when I was emailed with excellent seats in the stalls, they must have known I am not very tall as our seats were the front row of rear stalls with no row of seats in front of us - fantastic!
Only hiccup was the tickets had to be reprinted as they weren't at collection point - not sure whose fault that would be

We bought best seats at half price for Once. Great show but didnt realise we wouldnt be seated together. There was an aisle between us. Luckily a singleton from a group of three was happy to take the seat in the next section. I suppose bagging cheap best seats involves compromises. Easy purchase and good communication from seller.

After booking tickets for Thriller for my elderly parents that were advertised as best seats available, I received my confirmation emailing saying that my seats were the front row in the theatre - known as being the worst seats. I emailed explaining that these would not be suitable for my parents and could they be moved to any other seat which apparently they couldn't. I then called up and had the misfortune of speaking to Ajit who was not only rude but unhelpful saying they couldn't change them and then they could change them but for another £80 and that he would need to call the theatre to see if there were any other seats available. At this point I called the theatre myself who were more than helpful and had plenty of other seats available that I could be moved to as long as Ajit called them to confirm. I called Ajit back and told him this to which he said he didn't have the theatre number, which is a little strange as he was going to call them previously. There are plenty of outlets to buy theatre tickets do not use this one.

Just booked for Thriller. Site was easy to access and booking completed swiftly. A pre-booking query was answered quickly and in a friendly manner by Ajit. Great prices too so save your precious time and check out this site before trawling the other companies!
