Awful service
Awful service, said unverified and unsuccessful to then charge me for the unsuccessful order! Took numerous phone calls all toanswerphone and emails before anyone got back to me. Yes I was angry but then to be told can you read! You are rude so will give the same back made me even angrier! All they had to do was cancel said order but instead had to argue to be heard, eventually got my money back but very stressful and will NEVER USE AGAIN!!!

Total scam company ! They don’t send you what what you were expecting. Ordered a box mod with 3 batteries & no batteries came with it & Jaz didn’t want to know or care. Customer service is appalling. Would NEVER use them again. You are extremely lucky if you can speak to a human as its answer phones & they don’t get back to messages left.

Made a order on the 10th dpd said they are still waiting to recieve the item wich was due to be delivered yesterday 12th sent a email of wich i had got no reply im expecting this to be a loss of £20 im gonna say AVOID. ill update my review when i hear back from them but not looking good at the moment i have read plenty reviews of the business doing the same thing. ill be filing for a refund today

Refunded for items that were not in stock all though a order should not be accepted if items are out of stock so that is poor stock manegment the items that were in stock were delivered very late but did arrive eventually im gonna give 1 extra star making 2 stars as although this business probably gets alot of traffic its not managed as good as it could be but the issue was resolved none the less, i would still avoid if you want a order to go smooth and swift.

Placed an order. Next day received email saying order despatched. Late evening received email saying product out of stock. My issue is if i knew earlier i could have sourced elsewhere with a supplier that only takes orders for stock they have. They have charged my card and i now have to wait 5 or more working days for a refund for something they couldnt even supply in the 1st place. Just a reminder of contract law in uk,,,, offer, acceptance and consideration. All 3 happened and they denied my order and breach of contract yet i am out of pocket. AVOID

In this case, the order was placed at a time when stock levels were changing, and unfortunately one of the items became out of stock just after the order was placed. As soon as this was identified, the item was refunded.
Regarding payment, this would have been a temporary authorisation at the time of order, and refunds typically take 3–5 working days to appear back in the account depending on the bank’s processing time, which is unfortunately outside of our control.
We do understand your frustration, and we are currently working on improving our stock control and communication so that customers are informed of any stock issues before dispatch wherever possible.

Zero knowledge of their stock, 3 days after ordering they inform me they are out of stock, then offer me an alternative and the alternative is my original order!, I thought hey were out of stock?
I will not be using them again clearly it's a lucky dip if you get what you ordered, if you want to make sure you get what you ordered and on time use another company that's more reliable and live stock availability and maybe people who know what they are doing.
