Going back to my previous review I'm not been transparent at all it's you guys who have done me out of £40 I asked for the refund wich was an option you guys offered I contacted you on what I could contact you back on so you have sent me the items I don't want I also had the right to be aggressive how would you feel if someone took £40 off you and sent you a bunch of rubbish you didn't want SMH with disappointment. The timeline has you offering me the options me contacting you and then the items arriving at my door. Your claim of we aim to help everyone is rubbish you didn't do anything to help at all and just rammed policy down my throat. It's your slowness and inability to respond fast not my fault at all

Firstly, £40 was not taken without return — you received the majority of your order, and the one unavailable item was refunded in full.
To outline the timeline clearly:
* You were contacted via SMS regarding the out-of-stock item
* No response was received at that time (Because you stated you did not have credit in your pho
* As per our standard process, the missing item was refunded, and the rest of the order was dispatched to avoid delays
* Your request for a full refund came after the order had already been processed and shipped, at which point cancellation is no longer possible
To be clear:
* The unavailable item was refunded
* The remaining items were delivered as ordered
* A full refund was offered upon return of the items, which was not accepted
We also note that during the conversation, abusive language was directed towards our staff. While we always aim to assist and resolve issues fairly, we do expect communication to remain respectful.
We retain full records of all correspondence, including timestamps, and can provide these to any third party if required, which clearly demonstrate the timeline and resolution offered.
We stand by the fact that this order was handled correctly and in line with our policy.

Leaving Vape World
Unfortunately, I won't be using Vape World again.
I had 2 faulty vapes, which the seller did a part refund for, which was cool of him, as I had used just over half a tank.
Unfortunately, I had already ordered another vape of the same type, which ended up having the same problem.
Messaged the seller, with video and photos, but have been ignored and the refund, has not yet been recieved, so I will start going elsewhere

Postage took ages when arrived I was 6 items missing, emails and messaged I had no apology at all just told they would be sent only to then receive a partial refund and only 4 of the items ordered, no email to explain why. Your customer service is shocking.
The reply is not true at all, I have the emails as

Never get my emails answered
Never get my emails answered. Every HIGO battery I have ordered don’t last, burning smell from it, charges then doesn’t work. I have spent hundreds on refill pods and got so many I can’t use because my batteries I have constant problems with and need spend more money to get a kit just for the battery. Very disappointed and getting no reply from them.

Regarding the HIGO batteries, this is not something we’ve had widespread reports of, so we’d like to look into this properly for you. Issues like a burning smell or charging faults can sometimes be related to:

* General wear or connection issues
