Twice I’ve ordered from these first time I had issues but they resolved them so I ordered again and this time I’ve had to chance an order as it said on my tracking label created but after a week never received it kept chasing and they kept telling me there was a delay and I would receive it the next day , I’ve just received a full refund with no explanation and no I’m having to order from elsewhere and wait again after already waiting a week when I’ve run out of liquids 😡 I wouldn’t recommend

We would like to clarify that during this period we were experiencing exceptionally high order volumes due to the vape tax changes and Easter bank holiday, which did cause delays with some orders and courier collections.
In your case, where there was no movement on the tracking after processing, the order was refunded proactively to avoid you waiting any longer, rather than continuing to delay you further without resolution.
We understand this may have been frustrating, especially if you were expecting the order, however this action was taken to ensure you were not left out of pocket.
