I started the check out process and entered my email address. I didn't complete the process.

But within 24 hours of this I started to receive a deluge of spam. I've only used this (newish and barely used) email address for about 5 services, the last of which was months ago. Up until I entered the address in Ulanzi I was receiving zero spams a day. The spam box was literally empty before using them.

So I have no doubt that they've passed on my email address to spammers.

Note I am referring to proper spam unrelated to Ulanzi, generic scams that sort of thing. Ulanzi did spam me at least daily with ulanzi related junk on top of this.

Had a problem with a FALCAM TreeRoot tripod. Was able to contact Ulanzi via chat and they have corrected the issue. Good company that honors warranty.

They asked me if I have a home in another country. I said no. They said essentially, unless you have a home in another country there is nothing we can do for you.

Excellent customer service, had a problem with a new UKa quick release (excessive play), which they acnoledged after an email, asked for a video of the problem, and after confirmation, they sent me a replacement without any further hassle or cost to me.
That's how customer service should work.

I own two D200H Decks and have been very happy with them so when the D200X came out I had to get one. When mine arrived it had a problem that was quickly rectified to my complete satisfaction by Ulanzi support. The unit is very sturdy and has a great feel on all the buttons and knobs. One minor complaint is the limited amount of profiles and plugins currently available but I've had fun creating my own custom profiles. It also would be nice if they had some logic functions available (if-then-else and state toggles) so I made the suggestion to their support team and they are going to look into it.

Thank you for your response on my unhappiness wrt. D100H dial’s horizontal wobble wile rotating.

What is normal to you is totally unacceptable by industry standards. So go revisit how your competitors do it, better quality dial attachment simply put it!

Very happy with my portable fog machine... fun toy

This company makes excellent and innovative products that have great versatility and functionality. They also stand behind them. I purchased an MA38 MagSafe tripod for my iPhone. When the hinge got loose and the rubber covering the magnets came off, they replaced it for me. Excellent customer service experience!

The D100H device is very well built. The access to the online manual and installation instructions was a little difficult but we figured it out. I am still not sure how to make the device work with Adobe Premiere but we are working on that when we have time.

Customer service was great! It took some time to track down the part I needed, but Eyre and team came through and were very kind! Love Ulanzi!

First of all, the delivery took quite a long time, to be honest. I do like the tripod, but it has some important flaws.

The articulating arm, which is supposed to allow 360° videos, uses a notched locking mechanism made of aluminum. The two sides rub against each other, causing it to wear down over time. With frequent use, it probably won’t last very long.

Also, the end of the arm has a hook that gets in the way when attaching the rotating table.
