No issues

I'm actually surprised at all the bad reviews. My own personal experience was pretty good, I ordered the safe online and it arrived within 3 days via courier. The safe arrived without any issues and overall I was fairly impressed. I ordered the 43L keyed ammunition safe.

D|igital/fingerprint lock doesn't work.

Safe was delivered okay and in apparently good order, however......................it is supposed to operate with a key, a PIN or fingerprint.The last two do not work.

Have emailed the seller and await a response but judging by the feedback here I'm not holding my breath. If I get the same treatment as I'm seeing in other reviews I'll simply report it to the credit card company for a refund.

I’ve ordered a safe, a second one from Ultimate Safe.
The first off Amazon and all was good.
The second not so. I’ve not had any correspondence from these guys and they never answer the phone or emails

The truth will always out and never…

The truth will always out and never give up. Do not use Ultimate Safe.

I have recovered all of my money by complaining to my credit card ( credit card dispute).

It took time and patience but I recovered all my money.

I would highly recommend those who find themselves out of pocket do the same to recover their funds.

Cabinet had faulty top lock to over a month with e-mails back and forth,then said out of warranty time , only brought it 2 months before and 1 month was e mailing to complain. Paypal agreed and gave me my money back.

Order placed despite not answering…

Order placed despite not answering an enquiry, DPD emails to say it's expect, cabinet came slightly marked corner but otherwise ok externally.
You can't remove the keys once unlocked.
The 19mm memory foam holding the guns a bit flimsy one corner torn out on delivery emailed them but didn't hear back.
1mm red carpet material could do with being thicker.
Locks seem to be ok so far. Fixings seems adequate although I did replace the plugs.
Powder coating also seems to be ok and well covered.
For the price a decent enough cabinet, things like the carpet and holder can be sorted out.
I was emailed by the company to rate them, which never got published, previously wrote a review on their website which also didn't get published.
Come on ultimate - customer support!

The foam holder inside that was torn...

Please confirm when we can arrange the collection of the item any working day of the week (except for Mondays, (Tuesdays after Bank Holidays) and weekends) you need to give 48 hours/2 business days notice. Once the item has been collected, returned to our back office (our back office is outsourced) and inspected. We will then be in a position to proceed further.

I wish I had checked trustpilot before…

I wish I had checked trustpilot before I placed an order with this sham of a company. Website looked good order went through and got notification the 2 safes had been posted via DPD. Thats when it went wrong DPD refused to deliver because the postage paid was wrong so it never got delivered. Tried to contact the company by e mail numerous times no reply telephone number works occasionally but on hold for over 30 mins just to be cut off.. Still refusing to reply to emails.. Now going through my credit card to get my money back £419. Do yourself a favour and do not use this company.
No doubt they will copy and paste their standard reply saying how sorry they are and they want to help!!

This company deserves a zero rating

This company deserves a zero rating. Please do not waste you money ordering from this company. I paid £209.98 for a secure cabinet and have not received the item purchased. The item is “missing”. At best Ultimate Safe have been economical with the truth. At worst they have blatantly lied ( I requested (at least 3 times) they escalate an investigation with the courier which they claimed they did. When I checked with the courier they confirmed no such request for an investigation had been made. I have now commenced action to recover my money as I have no confidence in this company to take take the correct action to refund £209.98 to my credit card. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Ultimate Rip - Off

I ordered my safe and gave a two months to allow delivery before the Police inspection, the safe did not arrive for 6 months, so I had to buy another one from my gun shop then after another 6 months the locks failed, I have tried to contact them and no reply. They should change their name to Ultimate Rip-off. Do not use this company. GDS

As below...beware....Door hinge fell…

As below...beware....Door hinge fell off making the gun cabinet not fit for purpose.

Sent back 13th April but no refund and response to calls or emails!!!!

I will continue to try and get my money back. Pay pal refunded us in the end as Ultimate Safe chose to ignore all correspondence and calls.

AVOID buying from Ultimate-Safe

AVOID buying from Ultimate-Safe. Ordered a 37L Ammo/Home Safe which never arrived. Contacted Ultimate-Safe through their 'ticket' enquiry form on their website, told it would be investigated, nothing. Contacted them again to be told my item has been despatched (2 weeks late)...nothing arrived. Requested Tracking Numbers - nothing. Requested a Refund...nothing. 4 weeks after ordering I contacted my Credit Card company to open a dispute, they have favoured my side of the dispute and refunded the transaction. 100% avoid using this company...just wish I had read the reviews on TrustPilot before ordering from these conmen.

Don't buy

Just read below. I wish I did.
One key doesn't work and no contact with the supplier. There must be a way to report them and shut them down so others are not tricked.

Faulty Safe. No Help whatsoever.

Got one for Christmas, upon unpacking it, I tried the keys and only one works therefore rendering the safe useless. Been onto them constantly and they’ve dragged the month out in their replies so they’ve managed to say “no returns over 30 days” however, they asked for issues with it, we told them, and they say that to us. Absolutely shocking customer service. These deserve every bad review they get, absolutely useless. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR. EVEN WORSE, the reviews on their website are all self wrote to lead their customers into a false sense of confidence in ordering from them.

Why did I not check Trustpilot?!

Why, why, why didn't I check Trustpilot? If I had then I wouldn't have ordered from this company and I wouldn't have waited a week to find out that they have no stock and I wouldn't then have had to delay the FAC inspector. But I didn't, so I did and I have.

Called this morning, on hold for 30 mins before hanging up. Emailed asking where my order was and then received a sudden PayPal notification of full refund and an email explaining that they were out of stock.

I'm surprised by the rapidity of the refund - one star awarded to Ultimate-Safe then. That's their lot though - I'm just bored and tired of businesses like this wasting people's time and energy. At least they gave me a stark reminder to carry out due diligence before ordering.

Do not bother with these people. Move along and find someone who may actually deliver on their promises.

Declined my shotgun certificate….

Declined my certificate as the safe is not built correctly. There is flex on the hinge side of the door between the two locks, enough that the FEO could get his fingers into the gap, I’ve been told to get a new cabinet or remove the door and have it reinforced by a welder.
