Cool project with great features

I never got batteries and really it was a bad experience with the company they replied to no emails or took 3 months to get it. With that being said it's a good flash light and the battery size is 26650 I ordered them on Amazon and they work great

The flashlight was delivered, but the batteries were never delivered. Contacting info(at)ultra-vision-pro.de was never successfull. So I have paid for the flashlight and the batteries, but I only got the batteries.

Light was advertised as US made and shipped from California within 48 hours of receiving order. Item took over 20 days to receive and was shipped from New Jersey. There is nothing on the packaging that would indicate it is US made. Put batteries in it and no light but it got really hot. Contacted customer service who gave me a return address to ship to...in CHINA! CC company won't refund me because they offered me a return which would cost more than the light is worth. SAVE YOUR MONEY! This is a scam! There are way better lights out there for way less money and with better customer service. I personally recommend Coast, my lights from them have been great and the one issue I had was resolved quickly and painlessly.

My ultra vision torch arrived today, seems just like it said in its advertisement, very bright, quality is good , I've got no issues. Brilliant.

This Company is crooked! They charged me for two flashlights when I only wanted one, I was shipped one and never refunded for the extra one that I paid for (that I didn’t even want in the first place). They are telling me that both were shipped out on the same day, they’re liars because I only got one but I was charged for two. Now they’re telling me that they will send me a second flashlight after I buy some batteries. They about crooked as you can get. Not to mention his flashlight is a piece of crap, it’s so flimsy and cheap, it feels like a toy. The light doesn’t stay on for very long, end it certainly won’t start a fire.DO NOT PURCHASE!

They are not truthful. Claim fast shipping within 2 hours of payment and ship from California. It's comming from China and has been over 3 week and still no product. I have the feeling their warenty and money back guarantee has even less truth

This light is a scam people!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!! I repeat!!! First off, made in China not US made, secondly they don’t even come with a battery! Flashlight goes for $40 and some change and then batteries cost an extra $26 or so. Plenty...PLENTY of other flashlights that are cheaper than this POS and works better than these guys. Seriously guys. Don’t fall for the “burn the paper” trick either. Best return ever!! Trust this

I purchased one of their flashlights and never received it a whole month went by before I had to contact my bank because as you can see with this company there is no phone number to contact them with nor do they write you back when you email them horrible company horrible flashlight buy only if you enjoy being ripped off.

I've purchased two of the flashlighs,and they are very bright and solid construction,except in both cases rubber power button fell out so it's impossible to use it,no customer service to access for parts.

Definitely does NOT live up to claims, the $12 tactical flashlight I bought at harbor freight is almost at par with this flashlight and it runs off of triple A’s, this flashlight with a lithium battery is far less than what was advertised. Gave 2 stars because it’s still a decent flashlight but for what is actually is it’s overpriced and they falsely advertised.... on top of that it took a full month for me to receive it.

I would highly recommend this product if you enjoy trading hard earned cash for trash! The product does not even remotely live up to the promotional material. One doesn’t turn on and the other couldn’t light up a pitch black room (obvious exaggeration). Don’t purchase anything from these folks.

Purchased in Dec took out of box all excited.Got power cord plugged in to light and smoke rolled out socket.I unplugged,know it is a very expensive paper weight.they told me to send picture of packing and light.I did.Now it’s January 16 th please help me I have sent multiple e-mails.Some not to good .please help

I had initially planned to post a lower score (finally arrived about 2-weeks after I ordered, due to reply email received that apparently their one warehouse stock was empty, had to ship from elsewhere), but my two flashlights (F/L's) finally arrived.
Both worked**. I sent more than one email, but got the same robo reply, which may be formulated to my emailed query issue of wondering where my 2-F/L order was.
Which tends to make me wonder now, how would I have gotten a warranty issue resolved through said website supplied EMA.
Now I can't find their EMA at their website.
This is a shame, since I was writing a fair review here.

Can't say whether the claim of 12k lumen output is correct, since:
1) It appeared to have similar narrow-beam focus (square dot with cross-hairs) and wide-angle field illumination of that of my father's 1000 lumen Duracell unit (which is about 2.5x the length of this product, and requires 4 C-cells, but Duracell unit (similar to their ITM./ART #922231) has only *Hi-Lo-Off function but several years older), and doesn't have a charge feature,

2) No laboratory certification, or test chamber method or test specification provided (see Youtube link% below. I think that would lend qualification to their claim.)

3) Unit case labeling instructions were, I believe, in French, but best I can discern: it's made in China, perhaps with an LED made by CREE ("...Ultra-biaaeo (5300k-8300) light-emitting diode (LED) Use to CREE T6-WC...")
Which leads me to believe if the LED is indeed, a CREE XML-T-6, it would only 1.0k lumen LED at min. (if a single die is under the lens), or 4.0k lumen max. (if a 4-die are under the lens) (see P.3 of the OEM Spec at:

* Love the UVPro's Hi-Med-Lo-HiStrobe-Hi_S-O-S features which far outweighed the similar older flashlight comparison.

I would recommend a better (not all latches latch back once case is open) case though (even carved out compartments for each item), and a Micro-C USB charging port (then I would buy more as gifts for my father, siblings, children and their families($).)

($) Not sure how long the charge will last if placed, fully-charged in a glovebox, emergency medical kit for car, boat, or isolated cabin...

Also, what about ordering a replacement battery, warranty, etc. Couldn't seem to find

Definitely could use a better case.

Also, if being approached by an assailant(s), who has time to go through the selection to find the HiStrobe.
Give it as the first selection, or add a separate "PANIC" button.

** Overall, I'd say I'd have to recommend this product, initially for the value $40(€). I'd like to revisit this in 6-months, to a year though.

(€) Let's face it, you can't expect 12k lumen for this price.
