Where do we start! Dan at Ultrabooth was absolutely outstanding! He kept the photobooth running smoothly and he ensured all our guests had such fun! He was patient with our children who wanted to be in the booth more than out 🤣 cannot recommend Ultrabooth enough!! Thank you for making our wedding amazing 🥰

My wife booked Ultrabooth for our daughter's wedding 1st June 2024. She bought one of the package deals.

From first contact Ultrabooth were very professional and so helpful, from My wife asking numerous questions and advice (eg choosing the items and surrounds for the booth etc) to the actual day when we had lovely Tom assisting with the photobooth. All the team and staff so helpful. I would definitely use Ultrabooth again for a function and will recommend to family and friends. Thank you so much Caren/Tom/ Nina and team for making Rhion and Tom day so special.

We hired Ultrabooth for our wedding and they were absolutely brilliant! We were communicating with Caren, who was great and really helpful. On the day, our attendant was Gav and he was fantastic! A really nice guy who went above and beyond in his service. Our guests liked him too. 10/10 Would highly recommend!

We had our civil partnership ceremony at the Diplomat Hotel in Llanelli recently and hired a photo booth from Ultrabooth. I’m so glad we did! Everyone had so much fun in it and they gave us such a lovely book with all the photos and guest’s comments at the end of the evening. Nothing was too much trouble. They changed our choice of cover for the book quite late on, and gave us a complete digital download of the photos which I hadn’t been expecting. Gavin who was running the booth on the night was so delightful, and he gave so much help to people to make the best of the experience. I would certainly hire Ultrabooth again, and would recommend them to anyone else looking to hire a Photo Booth.

We hired Ultrabooth for our wedding last March and they were fantastic! We had communication from them leading up to the event, explaining the plan for the evening (they came from 8pm - 12am). Once they arrived, they set up the booth discreetly without disturbing anyone and let us know once they were ready. Caren was fantastic, she was interacting with ourselves and the guests and even offered to look after our dog! If you're thinking of getting a photobooth for your wedding/party we highly recommend going for Ultrabooth!

We booked Ultrabooth for our engagement party on 29th July and I've got to say it was outstanding! Special shoutout to Dan who was running it that night, a proper laugh and a top bloke. Everyone who came to the party said how brilliant it was having Ultrabooth there and we will 100% be looking to book for our wedding! Couldn't recommend Dan and Ultrabooth enough, 10/10 service and a great laugh!🤩👏

Unfortunately it's a bad review as two major things kind of went wrong and as it's a wedding our tolerance isn't particularly high.

We booked a Salsabooth, with the specific plan to have it overnight so we could do before and after shots of everyone at our wedding, using them as thank you cards. Unfortunately the Salsabooth was picked up at 2345 (a decent chunk before the end) when they'd not told us this would happen.

We also asked if we could get the pictures without the template they place over it. They told us yes, they'd be emailed over after the event. After the wedding we then found out that we cannot have the pictures without the template. Blaming internal communication issues but we don't really care, it was agreed and it didn't happen. We can't be responsible for making sure that the person who told us it could be done, knows if it can be done.

We had other options we could have gone with, but we chose these guys as they offered overnight, and we even paid a bit extra as they were further away. Ended up having significantly fewer photos than we wanted, and they aren't in the format we want.

Really nice people, but unfortunately the execution was poor.

Caren in all the planning & arranging was brilliant & Nina, Leigh & Leighton were total stars & really brought the party on the night & everyone loved it!

We booked the DJ, Dancefloor, Light Up Letters, Sparks & VBox & we cannot fault a thing! Everything was amazing & really made the night special! Leighton kept the dancefloor full all night & Nina & Leigh the photos are brilliant, great fun & everyone loved them!

All the team were so professional but also so much fun, got everyone involved & we really felt like you were part of our Wedding!

We cannot recommend you all enough & hope to party with you all again! We are so pleased with everything the team have done & wish you all every success!

We would recommend anyone that is having a party / celebration to make sure Ultrabooth are part of it! They will not disappoint!

My husband and I booked a Magic Mirror and Light Up Letters spelling our surname from Ultrabooth, a year in advance for our Wedding. Ultrabooth's communication leading up the the Wedding was great.

On the morning of our Wedding, Ultrabooth text me to say that they were unable to source the Light Up Letters in our surname due to supplier issues and would be providing LOVE as an alternative. I contacted them to say I wasn't happy with this however they said that was all they could offer.

Ultrabooth provided a wonderful service with the Magic Mirror and we, along with our guests loved it. However we were unhappy with the alternative LOVE letters provided.

We asked for a price reduction or gesture of goodwill, however Ultrabooth refused and are now ignoring all communication from ourselves.
