It has been five days...

It has been five days since I placed my order and authorized payment. I still have no shipping confirmation an no idea when my order will arrive. Did I get lost in space???????????

Horrible company

Horrible company! First they managed to lose a ton of shipments with FedEx claiming FedEx forgot to scan the goods taken from their warehouse. Told me on the phone everyday I called that they will get a resolution by end of day which they did not each day. When they reshipped the goods out again I received the wrong item…
