Website hard to navigate. No estimated shipping times. Also, I felt tricked by the way shipping methods were conveyed. If another manufacturer had this style I would have ordered from them because of these reasons.

I was attempting to buy an item under the BOGO sale and the website was charging me for the 2nd free item. I then received an email from support that gave me a link to a corrected order summary. If that had not happened, I would not have completed the purchase.

You have ExpressCheck out with Apple Pay and PayPal however when you go the longer route to change information those options to pay are not available again only Visa MasterCard American Express blah blah blah blah blah it’s still should be an option after you put the address is it for shipping and billing

This was a requested gift so I had to buy it, but it was a ridiculously expensive gift for the simple style that it is. And no coupons available

My experience was very favorable. My only thought was there was no indication on when my item would be delivered. At this time so close to Christmas it would have been helpful to have some idea when it would arrive. I ordered something else from Amazon for my family member in case my Umbra item doesn’t arrive on time. Other than that the process was easy and I’m looking forward to giving the gift.
