I ordered back in October and I still haven’t received my order. I have asked for a refund and was told that they couldn’t refund me. I ordered boots and a jacket as a Christmas present I would have really liked to have received them but have had to buy from a different retailers and they arrived in 1week. Please refund me.

If there was a -star I would click on it. This company is awful. I will never buy from them again. It took ages for the jacket to arrive and when it did it looked nothing like the advert. The zips are flimsy and the cotton inside is so thin that it would not keep me warm at home let alone outside in the cold. In the advert they made it look like the cotton was thick and warm. I complained and they will not give me my money back as it’s the item I ordered. I explained it’s not the same as the advert but they are just saying the same thing it’s the product you ordered. Never again. 😡👎🏽👎🏽

Very poor quality and refused right to return
I have just bought what turned out to be a poor quality item that didn't fit. Apparently, because they sent me what I ordered in the size I ordered it it's my fault the item doesn't fit. They have refused my right to return despite having a return policy longer their website saying I can return within 14 days of receipt. I am totally fuming at this terrible service and I think they are scam artists selling awful quality for much more that it's worth and then refusing to refund. I will get legal advice but please AVOID AVOID AVOID this awful company.
