I have ordered from companies based in China before without any major problems aside from poor quality. But my wife had ordered some travel bags back in January and never received the order. Just checked the china mail tracking number and found the package was never sent. The reason was clear as soon as I looked at the place of origin....Wuhan, Epicenter of the COVID19 outbreak. Probably just as well we never received it. Unfortunately we are probably out of luck trying to get a refund. Hopefully the owner of the company caught the virus and died.

I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. Ordered Jan 3rd, received confirmation and the equivalent of $60 Canadian was billed to my credit card, but have not received my shipment. Emailed them twice to inquire. No response. I just my money back now.

Can I put negative stars. Never received my order even tho I got a text message that my orders has been shipped. I tried calling the number but it is not in service. Disgrace and I hope karma will come to this company very soon for all the people that ordered and lost their money.

Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Jan 3rd was my order date, paid for express shipping in 7-14 days and here it is Feb 4th with no product. Guess I am out the 20.00 bucks I paid. And even if I receive them sounds like they will be sh**ty products anyways.

I was advised by text my duffel bags were shipped 6th January 2020. Last I heard haven't received them as yet!! Like to contact Uncle Harry's store to find where they are???By the sound of these reviews I will have lost my money regardless as they are not fit for purpose as advertised. Will not order online again

Very poor quality. Ordered a pink colored bag and got a peach colored one with a pink zipper! LOOKS TERRIBLE! They would not send a replacement. Offered a $1.49 refund!!!!!!! Will never order from them again!!!

Received my Bags today. The quality is awful, very flimsy and unfit for purpose. Advise not purchasing.

The bags don't look nothing like advertised.
They look cheap, there is no internal pocket. For something like that, I can use a shopping bag.

Disgraceful. Don’t know what else to say. Shipping within 24 hours. Mmmmm maybe 8 days. Paid extra for faster delivery of 7-12 days. It took 27 days. Our need for these duffle bags was well and truly behind us and I had to purchase locally at double the cost. Guarantee to be sent from US. Sent from China. 100% full refund guarantee. I have to pay to send this back at further cost to me and they will make up any excuse to not refund me as I have received a list of things that will stop a FULL refund. I won’t send them back as there is no point in spending good money after bad. PLEASE BE WARNED. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. LIES AND DISHONESTY.

This is a fraudulent company. I never received my package, and when I tried to get a refund, they tried to blame me for not receiving the package. They said that they did not get the right address, but i check the confirmation email, and the address was correct. Even though I send them the confirmation email as a proof, they didn't give me a refund. Stay away from this homepage.
