I have bought from Uncle Reco around 5 or 6 times. They are the bomb! The shirts are made to last and are very comfortable to wear. I actually rebought my Howard Moon and Vince Noir shirts because I wanted to make sure I would still have them if anything happened to the originals.
My last purchase was several self designed shirts using my own pictures.. absolutely brilliant!.
The shipping is always super fast, I ordered on Thursday and the goods arrived on Monday and I live in the middle of nowhere... post is usually rubbish and that was normal postage not express.

Amazing service
I had a slight problem with my order when it arrived, as soon as I flagged it with the company they replied immediately and sent replacements. They arrived to our regional location in less than 2 days

I paid express 3 days ago- it will not be sent til next week but if I paid front of queu (almost $30!!) then it would be sent already. They are saying give 6 days for printing and handling. What printing? Nothing is customised. There’s ‘stock’ as it says on the website.
Absolute rubbish!! Why paid $16.96 for express when it’s NOT EXPRESS?!! I have asked for my money back- no response as of yet. It will not arrive in time.

Rubbish sizes

When my sons item was stolen from our letterbox, it ended in a police report. Aust Post were not helpful at all, but Uncle Reco re-sent the item free of charge.
I recommend their items and customer service is 5 stars.

2 payments remaining for refund.

Tried processing and order via PayPal. Kept returning me back to the unclereco checkout screen, I did this process 5 more times for the same error.

To only find that I now have 5 seperate pending requests of $119.93. I need these cancelled immediately as I don't need 5 of these orders. I'm out of pocket drastically and need this money returned ASAP. Once I have this resolved I'll happily alter this review, I also don't like the fact that you only get a "email sent to merchant" - doesn't give me a lot of faith that it's going anywhere because I'm not receiving a confirmation email stating as such.

Customer service was absolutely amazing, I placed my order and pressed express priority but it went through as normal shipping! I was super stressed as it is a birthday gift and emailed to see if I could pay the extra for the express, and I got a prompt reply and everything was taken care of! They upgraded me to express first thing in the morning and it is due to come in tomorrow. Big shout out to Rohan at Uncle Reco, you are amazing. An absolute blessing, Thank you!!

Had an issue with an ordered item.
Customer service was excellent and the problem was rectified promptly

Bought a cooler holds 8 cans with good size icepack . Left in hot car from 7.30am to 6pm or later and when opened about 7.30 the cans were still cold . Very happy

Well I bought the f#ck it's hot slides and the straps are way to big that fit over my foot with my shoe on so absolutely f#cking useless can't wear them . Why wouldn't the straps be adjustable with Velcro or maybe even stretchy so they actually stay on the foot

I paid $16.95 for express postage.
I ordered this product on 12/01/2024 and it wasn't shipped until today 19/01/2024.
This isn't the first time these lazy, incompetent, unreliable pr!cks have done this to me.

I urge people NOT TO PURCHASE EXPRESS POSTAGE WITH THESE GRONKS!! Save your money and purchase elsewhere. These con artists do not deserve your time and money. I hope they go bust.

Horrible shirts, are not what sizes they are supposed to be. Way smaller then the size charts.

Absolutely awesome! Am in NZ and other companies have taken months to ship just across the ditch whereas these guys did in within 10ish days. The quality is perfect, some free stickers packed and everything is ready for Christmas. Size charts are accurate, and just love the hilarious designs!

Outstanding customer service. As a UK resident, I did wonder if it would take months for my package to get to me from their base in Australia. It took just 10 full working days, which some companies based in the UK would struggle to do. The items are great quality and the pack included some stickers as an added touch. Also worth mentioning that after I placed my order, I needed to change one of the items. After emailing them, I got a friendly response within a couple of hours to say my order had been changed and I received the items I wanted rather than the ones I put on the original order. Cannot speak highly enough of this company - amazing!
