Too good to be true?
I do not understand how it’s possible but these ticket prices are significantly better than any promotion on the official site.
I saved nearly $150 on my tickets for literally the same thing AND they gave me some additional “Dining Dollars”. I am like confused how this is possible. Like I am waiting for the catch but there isn’t one. The tickets are legit i even called to confirm. 10/10.

Disney trips are expensive
Disney is expensive and buying tickets from a reputable company that saves me a few dollars helps. Saving enough to cover the cost of a snack or small meal is worth it to me. E-tickets arrived immediately in my email and were simple to link to my Disney account.

Top-notch customer service and great prices!
I initially purchased Universal park tickets through Undercover Tourist, but we later decided to request a refund so we could book a full Universal vacation package instead.
Reach out to customer service, and the experience was seamless! The team was super fast, friendly, and helpful. The refund was processed in just 3 days, allowing us to book our package without any issues.
I highly recommend Undercover Tourist, they are extremely professional, reliable, and offer very competitive prices. I will definitely use them again!

It was an easy process! Everything was straightforward and transparent and it was cheaper than the Disney world website. Plus linking our trip and tickets to the My Disney Experience was quick and painless. The website is also easy to navigate and offers planning advice that has been helpful when mapping out our vacation. I’m a customer for life now. 10/10 recommend!

This has always been my go to for tickets to Disney/Universal.I assumed incorrectly that tickets I buy through you are cheaper than buying directly(except one day tickets).The Buy 3 get 2 free promo offer at Universal Orlando were those tickets.Recently these tickets were available for much less than I paid.I cancelled the tickets I had and bought new tickets from UT.The bummer is that I lost 5% from my original purchase.It's funny that I got a private DM from undercover tourist saying I should reach out to them and see if there is something they could do about the processing fee.I did and nope,can't help you.It's OK,I understood the agreement.I still recommend them

Easy to buy theme park tickets with a bonus!
It was very easy to purchase our tickets and they were much cheaper than buying from Disney or another reseller. The DiningDollars included were a bonus!

I've been buying from Undercover Tourist for over ten years. It's the only way I buy Disney tickets and is always the best price available to me. During the height of covid, they really went above and beyond with their refund policy and have kept it up. They are simple to use and I trust them.
While I was skeptical of the new partnership with Dining Dollars, by following the directions step-by-step I was able to save a good amount of money on Disney giftcards and found that an added value.
