Amazing customer service and competitive prices. Only downside is they didn’t have everything I needed so had to get some things from another store.
I was given a quote and CAD drawings for an underfloor heating system the day after I requested and I ordered two separate orders around Black Friday and they both came next day delivery.

Poor customer service and did not honour price match.
The man inside the bermondsey store was very rude and defensive when asked about their advertised price matching on the websites. He’s customer services was extremely poor and when asked why he had such bad attitude he decided he was not going to serve me so I couldn’t make my purchase.

I rang to confirm I could get a pre…
I rang to confirm I could get a pre 10.30 delivery. The lady said I could but I needed to order them first, then I would get a call back. I did this, didn't get a call back so called again, to be told by the same lady they could only do a pre 12. I didn't even get an apology!
