Bought 3 FK3 KNIVES one has fallen apart. Got in contact by email was told they would send another one between unilite and ups this has become a nightmare. I won't buy anything from them again.

I brought the Unilite torch to use day to day for my job as a technician. After spending a considerable amount of money due to needing a reliable and durable torch for my job, I was highly disappointed by my purchase. Although initially the brightness and quality of the torch seemed amazing, the magnets on the torch are awful. The light dropped from the bottom of a car, off the magnets and smashed to pieces. I replaced the torch as I did love it, however I was disappointed to have the same situation reoccur. The magnets come out of the torch base and the torch doesn’t stick as a result and from one drop obliterated. Would not waste your money on these products if you’re looking for a torch for work.

I've had LED inspection light from Unilite for a number of years now,and it's been used on a daily basis. Recently, the rubber cover over the on/off button started to perish. I spoke to Skye at Customer Service and she couldn't have been more helpful. The damaged part was identified and a replacement posted out to me at no charge. I can't fault them in any way, and will be using them again when I require a quality light.
Exceptional service and would thoroughly recommend.

Do not buy their product, it’s overpriced just for the brand, quality are same as the standard ones you can buy from the shelves (which again don’t last long) I bought their neck light for about £70 odd , didn’t last two months, they replaced it but snapped again in a month, if i could i would’ve loaded the pics, they don’t want to do anything about it because they’ve already replaced it once. If you follow any guys online don’t believe or fall for their pitch, them blokes are most likely sponsored by these lot.

All there stuff breaks they just can’t handle the building trade battery’s don’t last long enough to be worth getting them out won’t be buying anything from unilite anymore

Purchased a Unilite SLR-2750 work light which failed outwith the warranty period, it won't hold a charge after the unit has had minimal use, contacted Customer Service and they are not willing to repair it, even at my cost, their couldn't care less attitude is pretty poor and only offered me a 20% voucher off a new unit. As a company you need to stand behind your products and support their repair when their quality doesn't meet your customers expectations, and in this case they don't, your only as good as your last sale and this will be mine from your company.........Don't buy Unilite........

Tape measure design is crap. You go to far you need to take the whole thing apart. Wasted hours on this piece of crap. Just binning it.

Iv had a unilite in some form the last 10 years and there all still going great, just bought 3 more 2 x cri-3350 + tripods and cri-1250, the build quality is second to none, as expected with unilite, can’t really fault them, and when on sale there a genuine bargain. Iv bought a fair few lights and none have came anywhere close the build quality as a unilite….

Brilliant work light 3 different modes very bright lasts for ages on single charge waterproof shock proof very versatile light.
After sales service second to none highly recomended

Withstands a lot of dirt and drops.
Very robust product, light last for ages and Is more brighter than anything else on the market.
You can also by spare cables separately is you need to change in different location

I bought a Unilite LED headlamp for work several years ago. Since then it has faithfully and reliably helped me peer under hundreds of sinks, washbasins and baths, as well as into too many dark nooks and crannies to mention.
Over time the strap has begun to show the strain so I emailed the company with the view to replacing it. I expected to be advised to buy a complete new lamp, but no, Unilite and it's so helpful staff identified my unit from photos and we arranged replacement straps at a very reasonable cost.
From the way my modest business was handled, you would have thought I was spending hundreds of pounds.
I cannot praise Unilite and it's customer service staff highly enough. A world class company and an absolute delight to deal with.

This is a review of the PS-HDL9R USB HEAD TORCH
Over the last few weeks I have been using the PS-HDL9R USB Head Torch, Im going to get straight to the point and say it’s absolutely fabulous!
A phenomenal bit of kit that can be used for a range of applications, some of the things I have used it for to date are Mountain biking, Running, Camping and in a work capacity (highways work) – it has surpassed all my expectations.
The torch has a huge beam of 750 lumens which massively brightens your pathway, it also hosts a rear view red light for those behind you to see your location, this rear light can be used in the flash mode or constant beam, but it can also be turned off if you want to save the battery for the front bulb use.
The front light has a dimmer switch mode, which I found incredibly useful while camping the Brecon Beacons where there wasn`t a constant need for full brightness, the anti-dazzle screen was also great to try and stop blinding the others camping with me.
I charged the light for around 2 hours before heading out for a 5 day camping, mountain biking and running adventure, although the manufactures suggests up that it can last for 4hrs maximum power runtime, I estimate I got closer to 5 hours on the first night and considerably longer the other nights using the dimmer switch, in fact It didn’t run out on the other 4 nights using the dimmer switch – so its very impressive in that respect.
The fit on the head was comfortable without too much jumping around, while attached to my cycle helmet I hardly noticed it was there, however while wearing it for running it became a little heavy after a short while, but that’s what you have to expect for the huge light it emits from the battery pack, so over short runs this would be my go to head torch, but for the longer runs I would reach for the PS-HDL6R Rechargeable LED Head Torch.
I also used this head torch on a night shift on a highways improvement scheme, everyone wanted one because they were so impressed with the power of the lights, the red rear light came into its own to warn traffic approaching from the rear that there were personnel working on the road works, so a massive plus point on the safety side working within high risk poor visibility work applications.
OK so now comes my Likes and Dislikes as with everything there must be a couple of downsides? Well with this bit of kit, there`s not many downsides to be honest
Likes
- The hugely powerful lights, the front light made it look like it was daylight upto about 30m away
- Carry case to keep it clean
- Long battery life
- Super comfy to wear (Apart from long distance running)
- Moisture Management, I was surprised how good it was at keeping the sweat out of my eyes when running.
- Great design and feel
- Dimmer switch
- Anti-Dazzle shield
- Rear red light
- All round great head torch

Dislikes
- The battery pack became heavy and noticeable over an extended period (1hr + when running)
- Price, but I suppose you get what you pay for, expect to pay in the region of £80 - £105

Overall loved it, a well-built and engineered bit of kit that will be firmly on my adventure kit list.

Probably one of the most reliable brands out there, backed up with customer service that is second to none. Have two headlights for running, the latest being the Sport-H1which is lightweight with a fantastic beam pattern. Also use the PS-FL3 which is a cracking bit of kit.

If you need a high quality, strong, reliable, comfortable torch! Then #Unilite headtorchs are a winner.
Using LEDs & a set of small batteries, it's surprising how much light comes from them.
They are really bright, just don't look in to the light & wear sunglasses.
Customers Service is 5 star & will help you through all multimedia channels.

Unilite Products and Customer service is 1st Class. I have bought a number for inspection lamps and headlamps for both my business and pleasure. And I can say I have been extremely happy with the Service provided from start to finish.
The products are high end and made with the user in mind, I would only buy Unilite Products now. As the rest on the Market cannot come close.
If your in the market for Lights, torches, inspection lamps for Professional use or pleasure.
Give unilite a look, I am glad I did that's for sure.
