Many issues with poker tournaments, last time exactly this night ( everything stop moving and after one hour i was out , even i try to restart the pc, to refresh the window, all staff).

First, there is a problem with the card, I change the card and make a payment, then they say that the earned money was not paid from that card, so you cannot withdraw the money. I've experienced the same as many other people on here. I won £500 on one of the slots, having completed their wagering requirements. When I went to withdraw the cash, I was told that further Varification was required. I duly jumped through all the hoops (which were quite frankly ridiculous at times) and then eventually Unibet suspended my account and withheld my winnings citing a breach of their terms and conditions. I then appealed this through a 3rd party regulator (ecogra), who, after about 90days went in favour of Unibet due to a breach of their Ts and C's. I firmly believe that both Unibet and eCogra are corrupt and not only is it morally bankrupt to withhold winnings but surely highly illegal. They clearly hide behind vague Ts and C's in order to say that I was breaking some rules. The reason they mentioned to the 3rd party was that my IP address was SIMILAR to one used on a different account! Surely if it's a similar IP address, it's not my IP address by nature. The whole company stinks and I implore everyone to stay away

I DEPOSITED £400 from a joint account that my husband and I use, I won £5500 and tried to withdraw on the 17th march. I uploaded all documents that they asked for, they didn’t not verify any of these during their mentioned timeframes, I even linked open banking to “speed” the process up, which did not happen.

I complained on the live chat every single day and got the same generic reply each time, the team are looking into and there are no managers you can talk to.

After raising complaints via resolver they got back to me yesterday to advise me that I supposedly have breached their terms by using my husbands card and they are voiding my winnings. (email was riddled with spelling mistakes, professional company)Funny how it was acceptable for me to make multiple deposits with that card but not acceptable to have a withdrawal with it.

I wonder if I used that card and lost £10k if I would have been eligible for a refund for the same above mentioned reasons. I think not.

I will not back down from this, I will be issuing a county court claim for the money owed plus interest accrued.

Worst casino provider of them all. This site is rigged and a fraud. First of all, the rtp (return to player) policy they have is fake. Unibet always say they use rng (random number generator) for their casino, but where is their proof of that? They don’t have any proof of that. I’ve been playing on lot of different casinos, but this one sticks out when it comes to payouts. Their customer service is non existent and they won’t help you with anything. I’ve had balance taken from me and never returned. The fees on deposit is super high, 15-20% of what you deposited, and the withdrawal is a long process. And the deposit bonuses you get, have the worst wager I’ve ever experienced. Someone should really look into this casino soon and take this site down.

I won some profit on their betting site and tried to withdraw my money. They stopped the transaction, blocked my off their site ans kept all my funds. Do not trust this betting site!

Avoid at all cost. They make it impossible to withdraw money, even loaners request less proof. Why would they need a selfie with a bank statement?? And they request the photo to be "crystal clear" knowing very well they won’t be able to read what’s on the paper. Holding onto people’s money like it’s theirs.

Once they decide to be difficult, it's virtually impossible to withdraw your money:

I've so far sent 'crystal clear' photos of:
- driving licence front and back
- selfie with driving licence
- bank card front and back
- posted bank statement (which had to be ordered as the whole world is trying to reduce waste by using online statements)
- selfie with bank statement

The fact they demand 'crystal clear' photos is just fraudulent, as though everyone that uses bookmakers are part-time photographers with professional cameras.

They are now rejecting the selfie with bank statement for some new made-up reason (I didn't read the latest rejection email as it's clearly just fraudulent nonsense) is just embarrassing.

I didn't keep the bank statement as I didn't for one second think you'd be able to think of another reason to be difficult.

I would stronly recommend avoiding Unibet as you might be fine but once they decide they're not giving you your money back, they just keep requesting more documents until you give in.

Made an account on 7/2/24 and tried to verify my account and it says can take up to 48 hours til verified. It is 19/2/24 and I’m still waiting to be verified I have not had any emails saying I need to try again. Just a waste of time and by the look of these reviews I’ve probably saved my self a lot of stress.
