scam, i lose my money

Was all going fine, had a few wins over the last week which withdrew ok. Put money back on, kept losing it then they locked my account. It says contact customer service; they can’t help me just says someone will be in touch but no eta provided. Nearly been 24 hours and no update, can’t even take my money out that’s on my account which is money from my deposit, not winnings.

Signed up and deposited no problem , turned £20 into £400 so was pretty chuffed. Went to withdraw and it was lending for three days then they cancelled it and asked for documentation. They wanted an extensive list including , proof of bank account , proof of bank card ownership , proof of address via a posted letter, proof of income, proof of identity, proof of identity held next to my face, and three months worth of bank statements. I sent all of these in over three weeks ago now. Been on live chat multiple times and the agent sent a message that genuinely said “ ha you’ll have to wait, it’s not like this money not being in your bank account is the end of the world” . I’ve spent over 20 hours on different occasions waiting for an agent to answer my chats , and then if I don’t reply in less than 2 minutes they close the chat and make me wait again. Any time I do get through to live chat they always say” it’s being looked at please be patient” like waiting 3 weeks for something that I was told would take 48 hrs isn’t being patient. Refused to let me speak to a manager and kept saying their terms and conditions protected them if it came to me filing a complaint. Even told me their terms and conditions would protect them from a legal point of view, when I mentioned to them they were breaking the law. Submitted documents on the 13th of January and I’m still waiting and it’s now February 16th. Avoid at all costs because they will just steal from you and then essentially tease you when you ask them for your money.PLEASE DO NOT FUND THESE SCAMMERS.

Shite. Dont sign up expecting to get your free bets, you wont. You have to wait hours to get an agent to message you. No cash out on accas either. Dont waste your time and money on this lot.
