I tried to purchase some sample items…

I tried to purchase some sample items from uniformsandworkwear and this was 19th December 2023. Understandable this was the Christmas period so I held low hopes of a quick deliver despite for a 10 pound delivery charge 😧 for 90 pound order.
Jan 5th found a repayment of charges made with PayPal but no email to explain. On enquiry with the company they said they had sent a response on the 21st I checked my emails and junk but could not find this ( most likely my fault?? ). And they showed this email. On two replies they failed to answer my question about stock actually being IN stock or if they were discontinued by their provider then why would they show it still on their website/ or in stock without a message on the item to state unavailable ( they state if available which is a little misleading on a multi stock page)
They were polite on the emails if vague. I’ve sourced cheaper identical items from another site. Also this site seems to be under two sites PCL Corporatewear Ltd
