12 months since we built with UnionMain…

12 months since we built with UnionMain Homes.
Customer service is complete failure.
- Closing date, no one represented them, had to locate the temp and find our keys to enter our home.
- One number handles all types of calls, but they can only help with sales.
- Chat never gets answered.
- Emails don't get answered.
- 60 day warranty issues, portion was dismissed.
- Annual warranty - Won't take a home inspector report as your request.
- Multiple failures when trying to get results.
