Our belongings are still in the destination country! No departure date after we had confirmation for December, it's a disaster! I’m living in an empty house!

Placed order 6th July. Now 4th August and nothing has been delivered. Emails no use. Avoid.

I placed an order on 25 May 2018. It has never been fulfilled. Email reminders have not been answered. I have telephoned on various occasions and only twice was I able to speak to someone. It was the same female person on both occasions who seemed to be using a mobile phone in different locations [once I could hear children shouting]. She was unable to resolve my request saying that she would get somebody from "management" to ring me. They never did. Fortunately I paid for the goods by credit card and I am now receiving a refund from them. Based upon my own experience, therefore, I would not recommend this company to anybody.

Goods not received, website now not functional. No response to paypal claim, this company appears to have gone out of business.

This company took my money and has never sent me the goods i ordered. i have now contacted them over 8 times and waited until now which is over two months!

Poor customer service, wont pick up the phone and reply to my emails. I just want to know when my bags will be delivered.

Disgusting service. No delivery, no refund, lots of promises but no action - now website down and phone not being anwered.
Consider this to be theft!

Good value and good service. Only comment I have is that it would be helpful to have an email confirmation that the order has been received at the time of placing. Goods came within a couple of days but not absolutely sure the order had reached the destination until it came.

Firstly, I have ordered from this company many times and the last few orders have been shocking. My last 4-5 orders haven't turned up. The phone number provided goes straight to voicemail every time you call and emails don't get answered. After emailing around 5 times you will finally get a reply, each time blaming the courier service for your missing delivery. When the delivery does arrive (usually two weeks after your complaint), items are missing.

I am absolutely disgusted by the service I have received and will not be ordering from them again.

Items don't arrive - promised a number of call back but have had no response

Delivered the goods in roughly the right time. Some brown bags were advertised as ribbed kraft but obvs werent. I ordered 1000 bags which come in 10 lots of 100 which is fine. Quite a lot of movement however in the box which means some of them are rather crumpled and wont look the best to pack my sourdough breads. But at least clean condition etc which is a must for food packaging. Would buy from them again but more because I cant find ribbed bags anywhere else. Competitive on prices too. Dependable courier services (these are all good points not to take for granted these days).

Still waiting for bags, requested delivery before weekend but they did not come although on confirmation it did state delivery would be Friday 7th June. I emailed them to cancel order but no reply as yet. Cannot give this stars as I feel because they said delivery would be 7th June they should have delivered. Not even had notification of despatch a week after ordering.

the bags were a week late. Nobody returned my calls or my emails. Totally unacceptable.

Don't answer phone calls and don't send out goods until reminded
